There is no misrepresentation of the facts stated in my complaintThe cracks in my driveway along with the inch gab between my driveway and the soil that had begun to tilt into the excavation is documented by photos & can be corroborated by city of [redacted] staff as well as my neighbor who is willing to sign a sworn affidavitMy property was compromised & the feeble attempt by the concrete contractor to cove it up by not only filling in the gap with dirt, but the cracks in the driveway are dishonest & fraudulentThe staff from the city of [redacted] said to me"you'll probably get a new driveway out of it." Also, when questioned why a stop work order had not been submitted I was told by the same individual "Is your car in the garage? I would move it out of there if I were you" (moving it down the driveway
