Said individual purchased a package of massage sessions for her sister Appointments were then set up for the sister and the first appointment was fulfilled on September without any issues It was explained to the client that we would be gone on Saturday September and so her next appointment would be on September However on Saturday September the client called and said she was very disappointed that we were not in the office so that she could have her appointment When I reminded her that I had told her that we would not be in the office for that day she complained that there is no way she got that wrong Client showed up for her appointment on September and checked time of last appointment It was for Saturday September She was a no show no call She called and made another appointment for September to finish up the package her sister had purchased for her At which time she again complained about the in ability to keep her appointments She again was a no show no call on the September She again called leaving a message on the answering service asking for a time to schedule her final visit We called her back leaving a message on her answering service She didn't return our call A few days later the sister that had purchased the package asked us to get the last session scheduled with her sister We were not able to get a call through to her There were no calls back to us The sister that purchased the package called and told us how unhappy she was about the fact that we can not keep our scheduling straight and that she wanted her money back for the session that was not used After careful consideration we came to the decision that the services were a gift from one sister to the other and that said 'refund' belongs to the sister receiving the "gift' After two no shows and numerous comments about my scheduling even after she was given a card with the appointments written on them Said refund ($30) has been mailed to the recipient of the 'gift' We did everything we could to get the services done in a timely manner This client has helped us as a company to set clear boundaries and policy where no shows and refunds are concerned We lost appointment spaces because of no shows

addition to a recorded message with *** ***, the wife and office representative of Rub BugAt no time during my attempt to resolve this matter with both email and phone conversation from the last weeks have either representative contacted me with return message or a resolution offer other then *** *** indicating on Oct 19, she would be adressing this complaint in "the next day or two". So at this time, no initiative on their part has been made to provide my refund request of $30.00. *** *** ]

First and foremost, no funds have been received from this business for compensation of the$30.00 for services not rendered. Secondly, there seems to be a huge problem with truth and fact with writer of this response. I accepted responsibility for missing the first scheduled appointment, tho I stood in front of her scheduling them on my own  personal day planner, repeating the dates as I wrote them in the days and she agreed with my reinterating the appointments. I find it difficult to believe doing this I was wrong 3 out of 3 times. The fact of the matter is, they are liable to return the remainder of unused funds for services not received and with communication efforts still fail to return owed money. The business end of the facility is quite frankly, operated in a fly by night fashion and infact I had personally arrived to an appointment her where she failed to have me in the schedule for that appointment prior to this fiasco. So the fact that the common demoninator seems to be with scheduling, Appointments, it might be safe to say a different representative might be more effective in assuming this responsibility. Bottom line is, you have no right to determine who receives funds from services not used. Although, if my sister does receive this, which I will explore daily, I will be more then satisfied that this defunct fly by night business does not retain any of it. The Attorney Generals office will be assessing appropriate licensings for this facility as there are others who have had concerns about things here to. I am looking forward to seeing if these moneys have been received with my sister and will report at that time, however, considering the honesty with the business, inj past experience, I will not hold my breath. [redacted]

Review: Pre paid for services and became disatified with communication practices. Requested refund for remaining credit and facility fails to respond.Desired Settlement: Id like a refund of the $30.00 for the services I will not be receiving.
