invoice , it is clearly stated that our bid did not include the rear tree We completed the work as agreed and as presented to *** on the estimate sheet (which she has already included) According to our crew lead, he walked around the property with *** upon completion and *** was satisfied with the workShe then paid for the work that had been completed (after she had viewed the final product)*** asked for a few shrubs to be cut more and we provided that for herShe called the next day to tell Steve that we had not trimmed the back tree Steve told her that the rear tree service was not a part of the scope of work, and for her to check the estimate/invoice that she received from us to confirmIt is clearly stated on the information that even *** provided that the service was not quoted for a rear tree Steve told *** that our company would return and complete the work, but it would include an additional charge *** never tried to contact our Main company phone for more information or to complainShe had the number as she has also provided it to the AG's officeAnd our literature that shows our number very clearly

Steve is not telling the truth about our discussionI told him that I wanted the tree in the front and back to be trimmed as well as trimmed the hedges. He had two other people with him and they know we had this discussion. My Home Advisor request shows that I wanted both trees trimmed. I know Steve will not admit that we discussed both trees and I find it disgraceful that this business would take such a hard line on something so minor. All they have to do is trim the tree or refund a portion the money so I can get some one else to do itLastly, I called the number but got no answer so I kept calling Steve cell phone because he kept saying he would return to trim the tree. He also said he was a partner in the business so I thought I was dealing with one of the owners. Again, Steve was not honest.
As stated earlier, it's a shame this business has no customer goodwill....I am glad I did not have them do a major project and I certainly will not after this
