Rubber Duckie Boat Rentals

Review: I rented a 10 horse power boat to go fishing with my wife. I paid for four hours and charged $95.40 which was acceptable to us for 4 hours,and they told us to stay clear 200 yards from the rocks,marina,houses and an Island that is on the lake...basically restricting us from fishing by any structure. We accepted and went on our way. We could not really fish due to a jet ski and two speed boat which was creating wakes and making it dangerous for us to stay. We stood on the boat a little under two hours and used 1 gallon which the guy at the dock wrote on my contract. When I went to the rental office, the man did not want to refund or credit us for the other two hours. We paid in cash and I got the receipt. He claims he had a customer that was asking for the same boat however, they rented a pontoon boat. There's no way 4 large male were going to fit comfortably in the 10 hp boat and fish. I saw them as I was returning the boat in the dock. They ask me how the fishing in the lake was, and I responded not so good due to the jet ski and speed boats. If you go to the website yelp...yahoo and google reviews for this business -you will see plenty of disappointed customers. Thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the 2 hours. If that is impossible, then a warning to the owner and reviews made public on your site if possible for the protection of consumer doing business there in PA.Thank you
