Ordered a small piece of sheet rubber in June Did not ship in the first few weeks when I called they said it will be a few more weeks but will ship They charged my CC $ Now it is December and the phone is not working and they will not return emails Very unethical and dirty

We ordered a sample 12" x12", it arrived and worked for our purpose we order 36" x 36" for production use, WEEKS and NO delivery No one to answer phones, over calls, no answer, no return callsThey received payment by credit card (payment made) and NEVER delivered product 2nd phone number is disconnected, and phone number on 'Return Policy' page is NOT their numberI would NOT recommend this business Trying to cancel order but nobody to speak with

I have placed four orders with RSR over the past two years for a very expensive very specific rubber, bridge bearing pads We ordered from RSR because the were local, they were only slightly cheaper We gave you one final chance; I was very specific about the last three failures before the order was placed; I was assured that we would not have a problem Our bridge bearing pads were ordered to be received two weeks prior to the arrival of the bridge We were assured you wouldn't screw up this order Each and every time the order has been LATE, in addition it has either had the WRONG delivery location, and/or the WRONG billing information"The order has been lost", "we had a change in management", "we didn't know when you needed it", "we don't have an order from you", "my quick books won't open", and today "it's done but we didn't ship it", every excuse except "the dog ate it" I have had to drive there several times to pick up our materials even though we have paid for expedited shippingSo here is the remedyTake responsibility for yourselves I'll get my bridge bearing pads elsewhere as you don't seem to need my businessLike the one review says there is no coordination at this place, no one answers the phone, no one is responsible, apparently no one is in charge as my irate phone call today was forwarded to the receptionist If you are afraid to talk to your clients, we aren't going to continue to be your clients Where are my bridge bearing pads? You are two weeks in breach of your contract If you are a municipality in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I recommend you look elsewhere for rubber products

I am rejecting this response because:The company mentions having tried every effort in trying to get me the material sooner however not once during the whole order process did I ever receive a phone call from themEvery time we talked is when I had called them after not hearing anything When I talked to Samantha at 10:48a.mOn 5/I was told the material would be cut and would go out that dayAfter expressing to her that I was not a standard next day shipping point and would need the material shipped via next day she told me she would get with her manager (later to be named Kayla) for shipping approvalSo somehow now they are saying the material had already been on the dock yet I was told it needed to be cut and that I would hear back from Samantha in regards to the shipping requestOnly again when not hearing back I had to call in and then I was told that Kayla had said no and that it had now already shipped.
What I just found as pretty funny is how I just looked up the ups shipment progress and it shows that the order was not even processed until 3:p.mWhich now confirms that the company is lying about how the package had already been picked up and how they made every effort to get the material to me quicker.
The timeline doesn't add up because as a recap on 5/at 10:the material needed cut, at 2:when I called back I was told it was already picked up and it was too lateBut now I look into it deeper and ups is now saying it wasn't even processed until 3:42.
I believe I am still due the shipping charges back to me for all of this hassle.

This particular customer called in, and the material had already been on the dock ready to be picked up. We made every effort in trying to get the material to him quicker but [redacted] already picked it up and it shipped out [redacted] ground 2 day. Rubber Sheet Roli is a custom cut facility. I ordered a specific rubber roll for the first time thru RSR. Product did not come in the 1-2 weeks. Multiple emails and calls failed to get thru, no response. And then the number was disconnected. Had to file a charge dispute with my credit card company. How does a business like that stay in business and be allowed to continue operation? RSR should be prosecuted for collecting money and not delivering products. Thieves.

Purchased a piece of rubber stripping. Our credit card was charged in 10/2016, and we never received product. Numerous attempts to reach them via telephone have been unsuccessful. As of today, the phone number is not working. Buyer beware, I would not buy from this business.

These folks, although nice, never produced the product we ordered. Every time we call and find out what the status was, the Rubber Sheet Roll people said that it would be two more weeks. In the meantime, 4 months later I have nothing and no response or apology from these folks. Cancelled the order.
