Custom stamps were ordered using the seller's design software The stamps sent look nothing like the design, different font, nothing is centered, and the product looks terrible Customer service attempted to blame me, will not look into the problem, and claim they can't even see my design The original design is still visible through their system, but they are refusing to acknowledge, and now expect me to pay return shipping for their mistake This is a completely unprofessional business that is taking advantage of customers through fraud and deceit

All of this could have been easily settled if only Michelle MacKinnon actually replied to my comments[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]

We apologize for the issue with this order. We have reviewed this order and confirmed that the original stamp manufactured was the stamp ordered. The customer’s signature was reduced to fit
the mount size ordered. Since we fulfilled the order exactly as we received it, our policy is to replace the order at a 50% discount. It is unfortunate that we experienced a delay in the replacement order. Our stamps go through a quality control process and we will not ship the stamp out if there is an issue. It appears as though one of the replacement stamps did have a quality issue requiring it to be produced again.
I have reviewed the response history with this order and confirmed that every e-mail was responded to in addition to phone conversations
In the last correspondence, our customer service representative instructed the customer to return the stamps for a full refund. As of today, we have not received the stamps back
At this time, we would prefer to wrap this up and will issue a refund for the balance. However, in the future, the product must be returned for a refund
Sincerely,
Sara Wagner

I talked with Sara W*** of Schwaab Inc/ rubberstamps.com has messed up my order and their CSR supervisor is kind of the rudest person in WisconsinI honestly haven’t had a decent conversation about a product that I received that was incorrect (yet passes production and QC)They wanted to send me a new stamp (hopefully free of errors) but said it would take a week, only after I SERIOUSLY complained did they say they could get it to me by the end of the week Now they’re giving more excuses about where it may be and that I can’t get a refund even though I’ve stated over and over that I need it by tomorrowThey didn’t communicate with me, I had to reach out over times and still don’t have a stampSad that an American Midwest company is so poorly run that with mass miscommunicationAngie was lying multiple times and then backpeddled where it’s actually annoying enough for me to take the time to tell the Revdex.comHonestly the worst experience I’ve had with trying to receive one simple itemMaybe a culture change???

Ordered a couple of products (monogram stamp and return address stamp)
The return address stamp received did not have the correct address I called customer service and they said that was my fault and if I would like to purchase another stampI reviewed the order on there website (after logging in) and the order confirmed everything was correct that I enteredThere customer service plays a blame game that has no facts

BEWARE!! Company sent me very poor stampsThey claimed it was because of the font of the stamp They offered me two options, either they sent me the exact same stamp (which they said it will probably look the same) OR I can pay them more money to have them make a bigger stamp Awful customer service and products I am telling my friends and companies I work with, to with STAY FAR AWAY from this company

A full refund was issued to this customer, please see attached
It appears as though the additional concerns are regarding the postage cost incurred to return the products back to us. A refund of $is in process to cover these costs
Sincerely,
Sara Wagner

We manufacture a custom product using the exact information the customer provides us when placing an order.  In the checkout process, the customer is asked to confirm their design and agree that they have verified that all information is correct.  Please see screen shot below.

The customer is unhappy with the size of the stamp.  However, the size of any given impression will be dependent on the amount of characters and # of lines of text.  I went to our site to reorder the exact same stamp and concluded that the font size could be increased .  However,  there is too many lines of text to increase the font size to fill 2-1/2” in length and stay 1” in height.  The customer would have received a message that the information would not fit on that stamp.  At that time, the customer has the option of changing the font size or selecting a larger mount that would better fit the text.

The stamp was processed using the exact information the customer enters and sends us (per the statement above).  There is no way we would know that customer wanted anything different than what was provided to us.

If the customer wants a full refund, we will certainly oblige. We will refund the entire purchase price upon receipt of the stamp in question.  The stamp should be returned to:

We have received and investigated this complaint and cannot replicate the issues the customer said she experienced on our website.  According to our records, at the time we spoke to...

Ms. [redacted], over an hour had gone by since the order was placed and our policy is that orders cannot be changed or cancelled after 1 hour of receipt.  However, as an effort of good will, we will credit this customer the $3.99 in shipping charges per her request.

based on reviews on website I decided to purchase a custom made address stamp for our business with company logo. On order form it states there is a two day processing time for custom orders. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing from the company and status was still showing as paid/unshipped. I contacted the customer service department and they informed me that my order was placed on hold. I had to ask for an explanation and she says the artwork was unclear on the upload, and they needed a new file e-mailed to them. When I asked why I had not been contacted by email or phone informing of the issue with my order, she simply stated "I don't know, that's not my job" I told the woman to just delete the artwork and use the address listed (mind you that didn't change my price at all). Another week went by and I had received an invitation to a survey about the product I ordered: I still had not received my stamp or an updated status. I called again. That time I was informed my order was almost ready and should ship out by the next morning. When I received the stamp it was poorly made, the ink is very splotchy and lettering is crooked. When I left a poor review for the item, I waited and waited to see when it would post, but it never has. Be forewarned, they only post good reviews about their products, but based on my experience their "great" reviews of all their products is a sham and poor business ethics.

This customer ordered a traditional rubber stamp measuring- 1" x 2-1/2". However, the custom information he entered, previewed and approved only measured 1" x 1".  We reproduce the stamps based on the information entered by the customer. We adjusted/reduced the mount size to accommodate...

the customer's custom text. The verbiage provided could not be placed on the size mount ordered, so therefore we are refunding the difference in price between the smaller and larger stamp. If the customer would like to receive a full refund, we would need the product returned before a credit will be issued. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to this claim, Sincerely, [redacted]
