We apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused you I have discussed with the owner, Ruben, about the situationHe is aware that you are having problems with your paver deckHe stopped by once to fix it before, but since this issue occurred again, he cannot be responsible for the situationWe only give a year warranty on paver projects and we are aware this issue happened again after the year of installation Our reasonable explanation for such issue is incorrect pool installationMost likely, there was not enough gravel compacted with the pool and therefore, does not hold pavers in place Our company has been installing paver decks and hardscapes for years and we have not had any incorrect paver deck installation complaints given to us beforeWe still have clients from 15+ years with paver decks still in place and to this day are satisfied with our job Ruben's settlement: He can stop by to take a look at the problem He can fix the paver deck again, with an additional fee since it has been past the 1-year-warrantyIf you decide to accept our settlement, we cannot assure you that this issue will not happen again and therefore, we will not be responsible if the same event occurs again Please let me or Ruben know what you decide or if you have any questions Thank youZamantha KR [redacted]

"background: rgb(239, 239, 239);">As stated in detail in complaint 11472597, *** ***, owner of Pinnacle Employee Services, has refused to pay $of over-charges made in November of Mr*** has acknowledged that the amount is due and has continuously made excuses as to why the amount has not been paidOn July 20, we finally received a check from Pinnacle only to have that check returned by the bankPinnacle is a one man operation so attempting to reach anyone other Mr*** isn't possibleI will post all correspondence that confirms Mr***'s acknowledgement of the amount due and also shows his continued diversions to not pay the amountWe would like to receive a certified bank check in the amount of $

I am rejecting this response because:
This has been an ongoing problem for over daysPinnacle has had the complete documentation showing the illegal withdrawals to their account
rather than send to the IRSSince 12/they have had the direct IRS contact informationNothing has been done other than responding that they will look into it
and try to resolve itThere are no excuses for not making this a top priority and resolving it by paying us our money immediately

We are aware of this issue that has been brought to our attentionWe are currently doing our due diligence with the IRS to get accurate information about their tax account before we can take the appropriate action
to resolve this issue with this customerWe encourage the company to be patient and understanding during the process we as a company have to go through to resolve this issue

We have been using Pinnacle Employee Services for almost years Michael the owner goes out of his way to help with any situation There prices are fair and the service is excellent
Just for a example of the over the top service that Michael gives his clients I found myself in a unique situation one day There was a mishap with my daycare and my kids were unable to be picked up My vehicle was unavailable and Michael happen to be in my office checking up on his service has he does regularly He heard my situation and offered to give me a ride to get my kids which was about a total of a hour in a half out of his way
I would recommend his services to any business

I have been with Pinnacle/HR A*** since The first year went smoothly, however the last two years have been a disaster Pinnacle is responsible for paying our payroll taxes They have made numerous amount of mistakes such as late payments Some payments have been over days late I have received numerous letter from the IRS and penalties as well Michael A***, the owner of Pinnacle, was communicating to the IRS but my opinion is that he was over his head in mistakes made by himself and his company He told me if there were any penalty fees, that his company would pay them since we pay Pinnacle to take care of our payroll taxes There were so many late fees from the IRS that him and his co-worker, Lexi, couldn't keep up When I tried reaching out to Michael, Lexi and the answering service, told me that he was in intensive care due to his heart (heart attack) Sad to say, this was a lie! Every time myself or my staff would try and contact Michael, Lexi and the answering service would say he is still in intensive care Miraculously, if we called from our cell phone and asked for Michael, he was in the office! I was sooooo disappointed! I'm shocked that someone would actually lie about their health Pinnacle owes us money from IRS penalties, which Lexi keeps telling us that Michael is the only one who has access to account information Really?? There is nobody that can help us? So.....lying to clients and not being held accountable for services I pay for is UNEXCEPTABLE! This company is supposed to be professional! I just am very disappointed that Pinnacle/Michael would ignore us and not make things right Why lie?
