Ms. [redacted] came into my shop on the 11th of July, 2017 requesting extensions. We discussed the type of hair she would like and the cost of the hair and installation of the hair. Ms. [redacted] did not like the price I quoted her. In order to make her happy, I offered $50 off the normal...

price, bringing the total for the hair and installation to $350. Upon completion, I told Ms. [redacted] that she would need to schedule another appointment to color her hair and the extensions together, so that they match. I also explained to her how to care for her new hair and how long, with proper care, it should last on her head. I also told her that was an average time and that that if not cared for properly, the hair could stretch, shrink, and/or fall out. She was very happy with her hair when she left my shop. She made no indication that she was unhappy with how her hair had turned out.   Ms. [redacted] says in her statement that the hair started falling off within the second week of having it, and yet she posts the problem occurred date as two days after installation. She claims the problem occurred on the 13th of July, 2017, yet she did not contact me until the 26th of July, almost 2 weeks later. Regardless of this information, Ms. [redacted] contacted me to tell me that some of the extension pieces were falling out. I told her to bring the hair with her to the shop and that I would reapply the fallen pieces, at no charge for the reinstallation and that I would even give her a free hair cut and a full makeover, anything she wants to make her happy, but she would just have to pay for the product she uses, i.e. Hair color. She agreed to that and scheduled an appointment to come into the shop. However, when she came to the shop, she told me that she had actually thrown out the hair. Then she told me she wanted me to put all new hair in. I reminded her what the agreement was and that she had agreed with it. She claims I never told her to keep the hair. She got angry because I wouldn't give her another discount for the products and offer her new hair. So she told me she would see me in court and stormed out.   Ms. [redacted] continues to text and call me regarding this issue. I have tried my hardest to make her happy, but other than put in completely new hair, paying for everything myself, she says she will not be happy. I have even recorded the last phone call I had with her, with her permission, describing everything and getting her responses to everything. I am not sure what else I can do to make her happy. I have offered a free overall makeover, at only the cost of the materials I used. I offered her to have the fallen extensions put back in, at no cost to her. She agrees and then when she shows up, changes her mind. At this point, I don't even want to deal with her anymore. She has been verbally abusive to my stylist and over talks me when I tried last to deal with her and I can barely get two words into the conversation before she talks over me again. First of all, if she was so unhappy with things, why did she wait almost 2 weeks to call me and tell me about it. Second, why would she throw out the extensions when I told her to bring them back in to be reapplied? Third, I offered to put the extensions back in for free and give her a full makeover, with her only having to pay for the product used, which she also agreed to, however once she showed up without the hair, she also wanted me to pay for new hair and the product as well.   If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.   Sincerely,   [redacted]
