Ruben's Taqueria

Review: On 4/26/15 at 12:47pm I purchased three tamales from Ruben's Taqueria. The total was supposed to be $7.50 for the tamales plus a $.25 charge for using a debit/credit card. However, the cashier typed in $750.25. When she handed me my receipt I immediately alerted her to her mistake and told her I was not going to sign the receipt. She attempted to void the transaction, but was unable to do so. She even gave me the machine, but I was also not able to do it. My friend then payed the $7.75 in cash. I called the police who told me make sure I kept my receipt and to notify my bank. I followed that advice, but have still not received reimbursement. My complaints are that Ruben's Taqueria employs people who are incredibly clumsy and simply don't know how to use their credit card machine. They also apparently cashed out a debit card transaction which they knew to be erroneous and had an unsigned receipt. I have a photo of my receipt as well as the hard copy.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed my $750.25
