Installation of new A/C unit , This unit was replaced improperly , causing damage to new unit I had a brand new Tempstar A/C unit replaced with heat pumpThe unit ran for five days and quit , Due to bottom of refridgerent line not being soldered ( I have Pictures) Second problem was couffin box was suppose to be replaced on which air handler sitsCausing Unit to sweatThird problem Heat shield was not installed correctly in duct workThe fourth problem which was a major one was drain pipe was not fastened , causing brand new inside wood flooring to get flooded and casued major warping of said floor ( also have pics) company came out to try to cure problemWas never cured and im left with a unit that ran with low freon or no freon causing major stress on compressor and internal parts
