WEATHER STRIP ON THE BOTTOM OF A 6'SLIDER HAS BEEN OFF SINCE LAST SUMMER CALL THE ORIGINAL INSTALLER AND TOLD HIM BUT WE COULD WAIT FOR COOLER WEATHER TO REPAIR
I HAVE CALLED SINCE 9/24/ LEFT EMAIL ON WEBSITE NO ONE IS RESPONDING THEY SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED UP WITH WHO WOULD DO REPAIRS IF NEEDED SINCE PREVIOUS INSTALLER AND REPAIR MEN DO NOT WORK FOR THEM ANY MORE PLEASE ADVISE FOR THIS WINDOWS WITH LIFE TIME WARRANTY
Service/product/ We've spent over $30,for new windows and a metal roof (which included gutters)
To date, we still have no gutters, a mess in our yard from leftover tiles, metal strips, nails, screws, etcThe installations began in February, after many calls to *** regarding the start dateOne half of the roof was completed and then another LONG wait to have the second half completed
We had to keep calling on a date for the windowsThe employees that installed the windows were great and they cleaned up after themselves
We have called the company several times, WHEN we get a live person, they always promise to take care of the rest of the PAID job Today, I talked to a "***" at the *** *** *** who acted appropriately sorry but was immediately transferred to *** in Customer Service, who was not at her desk....left a voicemail
This company has no integrity and does not back up what they say I want my gutters, I want them to clean up
Millennium Home Design is a nightmare contractorThey came to my house and made all kinds of statements and puffery about their superior design and productThey charged a price higher than the best vinyl windows on the market (Enviro-star 800)I actually bought it and thought they had a unique custom designed productWhen they came to install the windows they were installing Vista Window Company Panorama model windowI have the pictures and the model number code stillTheir product quality is worse than most builder grade windowsI tried to get some resolution from the company, but they have elected to fight me at every step of the processFirst I had trouble even getting contact to the companyI filed Revdex.com complaints in Michigan and IndianaThey went as far as to move their address in Michigan to not answer the complaintI tried working through the Attorney General in Michigan to address their deceptive advertisingSo far no resolutionI just wanted to save other people the trouble I am havingThe A- rating they show here is a travesty, it's like the Revdex.com is free advertising for businesses that suck!
I have had a broken window that is under warranty for five months nowI make weekly phone calls to try and get someone to come out and replace it but either nobody calls back or when I do talk to someone they say they will be out and never show up
