I took my family to eat. Took them 4 times to try and make a classic steak taco. Theu kept bringing me chicken. Finally gave up. No refund or apology. Realized cooks could not read english. They also refused to give me a copy of my receipt

I received this letter here at our corporate office. I am told that these are normally sent electronically, though this was not.
I have called and spoken with the guest and taken her feedback to provide to our team in the restaurant. I have offered her some complimentary meals for our restaurant, since there are more than one location near her. She accepted the offer. Before ending the call, I asked if there was anything else I could help with and she said “no.”
Please let me know what further steps must be taken, if any, and confirm that this issue has been resolved.
