Ruby Crest Emergency Medicine

I was sent a bill for a visit to an ER at the [redacted], from Ruby Crest Emergency Medicine. The bill arrived water damaged and I cant read everything on it. I have tried calling the number they have listed on the bill ([redacted]) and it said that a new number was listed. I called the newer number ([redacted]) and it also said a newer number was listed ([redacted]) this number went to a cell phone that said the voice mail was full. Now any time I try and call I get a message that says all circuits are busy. I also sent them a letter and have received no response. I have no way of paying this bill when I don't know how much it is and the bill was damaged.Desired SettlementI would like to be contacted and have explained to me what the bill amount is and why their phones and business seems like a scam. I should be able to talk to a real person and not have 3 different phone numbers to track down.
