On Thursday June 11 2020, I went to get my nails painted only. I was told it would be $20.
Then on Saturday June 13 I went to pay my food bill.$15. I only had .31 cents.
I was charged $33 three times, when I called Ruby Nails they seen where I was charged 3 times at $33. each.
I couldn't pay for my meal. Luckily I was able to borrow money from one of the people I was with.
Today is Wednesday June 17. Two charges for $33 are still pending and another charge for $38 IDs now the 3rd charge, for a $20. Dollar nail polish manicure.
I have type1 diabetes, MS and 3 recent heart attacks.
I can't pay for my groceries or any food. I am hungry.
I have bank statements and lengthy texts from the person who made the mistake.
I can go into a diabetic comma at anytime.
I would like the 2 $33 removed along with the $38. And only charged the $20 I went in for. A tip at this point isn't going to happen.
Hi, this is Ruby Nails.On Thursday June 11, a customer came in to get her nail done. We discussed about the service and price. she agreed to receive the service for the cost of 33$. (we will attach the receipt that she agreed and signed for the $33 amount with $5 tip below). When we did the payment part, our system went down and it accidentally charged her 3 times for the total of 99$. We noticed the error and voided 2 of the transactions immediately, which mean we only received 33$ for her service and 5$ for the tip.( we will attach the proofs below). On Jun 14 , she called us and said that her bank had been charged for 3 time and it showing that it's in pending. We checked ours bank statements and saw that we only received the amount of $33 plus $5 tips. We let her know about it and asked her to please wait a couple business days until the pending charges go away. This is about banking issue, we couldn't do anything about it. We hope that her bank will resolve this problem soon.Thank you and have a good day!
