Review: I went into store spent almost 50.00 in hair products. Left store never remove anything out of bag until I got home, upon opening the bag I took the hair moisturizer out and found that there was a crack in the bottle . I immediately took back to store . The Clerk and [redacted] was so rude . I showed them the product and before I could finish telling them what was wrong they Yell ' we can't take that back" You did something to it.They did not give me time to tell them I only want an exchange in bottles ~just kept saying we are not going to take that back.I told them I would never return to their store.I lost my money and really afraid to use the product because the bottle was crack and product had been exposed.This is unfair and greedy business . I found the product in [redacted] ( a Pharmacy ) and was cheaper .I feel something need to be done to business that feel they can sell anything (even damage and don't want to honor a exchange or refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund as I have found the product in another store,

Review: I made a purchase of 2 spray hair colorings from this business on 8/29/2014; one was blue the other was auburn. I attempted to use the blue hair color spray from this facility on 8/31/2014 and found that it did not spray a color at all on my hair. I took the product back to the store on 9/1/2014 and explained this to the cashier and requested an exchange for a different color. The cashier told to me that there was no return on refund on the product. I advised the cashier that the receipt stated no returns or exchanges on wigs, ponytails which is understandable but this product did not work. She did not attempt to spray it herself to see get an understanding of what I was trying to say, maybe there was a language barrier, I'm not sure but at this point I would rather have my 4.49 cents plus tax back. I know it is a small amount of money but there are principles involved. This company sold me a product that does not work and rather than listen to my complaint, they completely shut me down over 4.49 cents and I was a frequent customer until now.Desired Settlement: This business should view this complaint, refund my money and change their receipts so that it is not misleading to the public. I however, would never shop there again.
