I am rejecting this response because: the restaurant made it seems as if I wanted more food when my order was incorrect to begin withThey have created misinformation and I am not satisfied with their responseThey are averse to taking responsibility and have not properly trained their staffFurthermore, I do not think that the OSHA policy applies here as this relates to the safety and health of workers and not the public at largeI think that the store manager needs to dig deeper in this situation and let the employees know to make the orders without any errors or admit to their mistakeAdditionally, the real issue at hand here is how the worker used the utensil to scoop out the food that I ate out of and then used that same utensil to scoop the food ( what I ordered) back on the the plate I had eaten out of)It would have been a better practice to just give me a new plateOr give me what I had ordered in a small containedThey were being frugal and did not understand my inconvenience to go all the way back to the restaurant.This location does not offer refunds and I would like a refund because the product I purchased was not what was given to me,
