Deceptive advertising Receive a "Breakfast on Us!" coupon Does NOT specify both parties have to dine in Discussed with the manager "Steve" he was rude, condensending and stated you are the 3rd customer that was upset this morning" No customer service!

Cancelled processing with WMP on 9/4/received confirmation and stating no early termination fees will be charged on 9/4/This was due to business closing due to health reasons We closed the business account the first part of October On May 4, I receive a phone call from a Mora Investigation wanting to collect $for WMP for fees that were waived initially on 9/25/ They said the company does audits every year or so and determined they should get paid these fees, he sent a copy of the contract with an extra page that we don't have a copy of, which he highlited that the company could receive these fees when contract is terminated The copy he sent does not have *** initials or signature and it is stamped "sample not for official use" and when I asked why were not informed when we cancelled he said they have up to years to invoke this, and they did try to take the amount out of the checking account in January 2015, but it was rejected because the a

They took hundreds of dollars from my bank account 1/years after I stopped doing business with themAfter sending them a copy of my cancellation letter they say they can't accept that because they said that I could have changed it Their records only go back years, so they say they can't find the original letter that I sent to them so they refuse to give my money back to meIf they don't have the records to prove that I owed money, then they shouldn't be able to take money from my bank account

I am sorry for the inconvienience to the customer. This was not a big issue and could have been resolved easily. I will contact the home owner on tuesday the 28th
and set up a time to look at the issue they are having and do whatever repairs are needed . Thank You [redacted]

Review: my family and I went to dinner at this ruby tuesday and hour before close on 2/27/14 we were visting out of town for our old high school tournament game.we went in and ordered 3 of us ordered salad which is supposed to be unlimited with the meal. We received our orders and after making one salad I asked for onions to be put on my salad I was told that they were out of onions. I said ok. we continued to eat and my family member ordered a steak and lobster. he asked for [redacted] and the waitress thought it was a drink and then stated I dont think we have that. iam new. She then comes back and says we only have ** sauce and she brings it out in a serving cup instead of the bottle. while eating we noticed that the salad bar had been taken down. we werent informed or offered the chance to make a another salad before it was taken down. my family member requested butter for his lobster and was given regular butter and had to ask the waitress to melt it for him. my family member had also ordered a alcoholic beverage and when he requested another the waitress stated that she thought the bar was close and was not sure if anyone was there to make the drink. She then stated that someone would make it. while eating we felt that the staff was just waiting for us to finish our meal so they could leave. everything had been put away with out any prior notification. the service that night was very subpar.icontacted corporate and the manager contacted me and stated that he understood and that is staff was wrong for the inferiortreatment. he stated that he valued me as a customer and that he wanted to show that and he would sen d me something via email in the next2 days this was on 3/7/14 on 3/10/14 I recieved a coupon for 20. I contacted customer service voicing my concerns that 20 did not cover one meal and it was a party of 6 with 2 people ordering steak and one with lobster.I was told that that was what the manager had sent and that he would be informed I was then sent another coupon for 20. the coupons caDesired Settlement: the coupons cant be used at the same time I am requesting a full refund or a full coupon to used at the same time
