Dear [redacted] , ? I am writing in response to complaint [redacted] , dated May 7th, ? Mr [redacted] truck has 165,miles, and is year old and has an aftermarket lift and overall shows signs or use? Until October, this truck was unknown to us as it was not purchased here and Mr [redacted] has had his truck to our service department only twice.? Please refer to the .pdf attachment of his two repair orders? The first time was in October when he requested that we diagnose his coolant issue.? Upon discovering either a valve cover issue or cracked heads, he declined further work or inspection.? ? Seven months and ten thousand miles later, he returned to have a front-end alignment performed, his second visit.? Please see the attached Word document detailing specific details of his visit.? Also, please note the photographs attached? We have not caused or contributed to any of Mr [redacted] problems, including but not limited to axle, u-bolt or transmission issues.? As further evidence, please refer to the photos that are from the Tech scanner showing that he had failures miles ago and again miles ago.? Additionally, the fact that a truck such as this is driven 65mph in second gear, is reflective of the kind of care it has received.? Mr [redacted] is responsible for his truck and the care it has received.? ? After discussing with ***, we were able to find a different truck that suited her better and we were able to trade her out of the original truck into one that better fit her needs. Once it was brought up and it was understood what the concerns and issues were, the owner and managers remedied
the issue with a different product as soon as it was found and available. It did take some time to find the right replacement truck, but it was completed in early December to the satisfaction of everyone. Thank you
