To whom it may concern:
We are very sorry for the hygiene issue, but it gets hot and busy during this time of year and loading and unloading things, so we all know what happensMr*** says the quantity of items are on the bag for
their information, which is true, but they do not receive the stakes inside the bag and on their contract it is plainly stated there would be a $charge if stakes are put in a bagWhen customers put the stakes in the bag it not only damages the bag, but the canopy inside it as wellYou can imagine the next customer getting their canopy with tears from stakes, which has happened in the past, and as we would expect the customers are not happyThis is the reason we had to put it on the contract the customer signsAs for taking them out of the bag we sincerely appreciated that but the damage has already been done
The owner did talk to Mr***- sorry it took so long but this is our peak season and we could not get to him fast enough- it sounds like it all ended well
Also we did talk with our employee about being rudeWe got a different story but we will work on it to make it better, thank you for letting us know
As for the tax on the $that would be an issue to discuss with the state as we have to charge tax for everything
