Dear Revdex.com and [redacted], I have received a complaint, #[redacted], in regards to an unsatisfactory experience with the company Naturally Essential, LLC . On 9-16-2016, [redacted] was sent an email, along with several other people, regarding a glitch in...
our system causing refunds to fail. I explained I would write them all a check and they should be receiving it within the next 7-10 business days. The check was mailed out on 9-16-2016 as well, for $86.94. It seems the check was mailed out before the customer read the email and chose to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.
