I am a Realtor and had needed repairs on a Hot Water Heater requested from a buyers inspection report When I called Gibsons to inquire about scheduling an appointment - I was shocked when they said it could be that very day later in the afternoon I met the technician there and problem was explained to me in detail He made the repair in a short period of time, was very pleasant & professional and the price/charges were also very fair Kevin diagnosed a problem that a previous company had wrongly managed Then ordered and scheduled correct parts, showed up on time , was very informative and completed the job correctly in the time he had estimatedDaniel was with him - both men very pleasant & professional
