Zlata Rudikh dropped my case (auto accident) because it was my 2nd accident during couple of years and she probably wasn't sure that she can win it. She just called me saying that she is no longer representing me. So she left me without any support. But that is ok-the accident was not my fault, I found a great lawyer and just want to mention that we won a 6-digit figure lately.
Would not recommend Zlata to anyone.
I was back to China and applied for a non-immigrant visa H1B in September. I found there were some missing documents to get approved, so I asked lawyer Yan R to help me get all of these documents. We had a conversation via phone that I payed the lawyer Yan R $500 plus tax and he helps me to get ALL missing documents, I especially mentioned I need my police report. And the lawyer agreed that. This conversation was on Sep 18th. After I payed $520 ($500+tax), the lawyer began to work after the payment.
At Sep. 20th, lawyer Yan R sent me a document from the municipal court, it’s a certified disposition. I DOUBTED that it’s NOT enough, but the lawyer tried to convince me this document is all I need. I believed him at first, because he is more professional. That’s why I kept confirming with him via texts when I first time received the certified disposition.
After I thought about his words carefully, I believed he was wrong and I still need the police report, not only we had an agreement on that (he agreed to provide ALL things I need), but also U.S. Embassy needs it for sure.
I contacted the law office and told them the certified disposition is not enough, they agreed to check and gave back to me later. WE HAD A DEAL, THAT LAWYER SHOULD CONTINUE TO HELP ME WITH OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
After that, the lawyer Yan R changed his mind and said $520 was JUST for the disposition from the court, if I still need a police report, then I have to pay additional. When I ask why, ONLY AT THIS TIME he told me because it’s required additional time and he needs to contact with a different department, which is totally far from our agreement at first. If he wants additional, why not tell me at first? I’ve asked both the law office and him for partial refund or solutions. They all refused.
I filed a dispute claim of my credit card and provided all the evidences. After the customer service team of the bank judged I win. They still ignore the request of both bank and me.

I went into rudikh law offices looking to hire an attorney for a bankrupcy.. sat with Yan and signed some paper work and left a $500 deposit... left there and over the next week collected the paper work required by the attorney and emailed it to him.. from there we called repeatedly and emailed trying to get an appointment to finalize the paperwork and make a final payment .. I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE
Dear Sir/Madam:
Please be advised that this firm was retained to represent ***, not ***, in connection to a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. The Retainer Agreement was for $1,350 of which a $500 deposit was left. The client was given a list of documents and courses that must have been done as well as advised that the extensive bankruptcy petition would not be filed until all the documents were obtained by my office, the course taken and the balance paid. Our office spent numerous hours preparing the file but the client never paid the balance (as was required under the executed Retainer Agreement) nor provided our office with additional documents. Numerous attempts were made by our office for the client to make the balance payment but our attempts went ignored. The file remains open and we are ready, willing and able to finalize the Petition and file it, however, a balance of $850 remains among other documents. It has almost been one year since this client has ever attempted to return our calls or attempt to finalize this case. All the effort in this case has been exhausted by our office but the client has done nothing to expedite the bankruptcy filing and now, after almost a year of not being responsive, has filed this erroneous complaint. Our office remains ready and willing to finalize this case but it is up to the client to fulfill her obligations with regard to outstanding documents and balance.

Most everything in the response is wrong or a lie! All phone calls were never responded to. Also I have a wonderful email trail That proves my complaint.. I emailed all documents in accordance with what was asked of me and my wife.. A full refund is all I want so I can forget That I ever met YAN..

The Retainer Agreement signed by the client (not the complaining party) specifically and unequivocally states that the full retainer amount is due PRIOR TO the filing of the Petition. Based on the initial Complaint, the individual acknowledges that they never paid the outstanding amount under the Retainer agreement but merely paid the deposit. As such, the Complaint is without merit in that the only party harmed in this is the firm, in that the firm spent numerous hours meeting with the client and preparing documents, while the client never paid the balance of the Retainer together with outstanding documents in order for the firm to finalize and file the Petition. If the allegations were truthful, why wasn't this Complaint filed one year ago? The firm's position remains as set forth in our original response. Should a copy of the signed Retainer be required, we would be happy to supply same at the reviewer's request.
