• Transport *** *** boat from Pasadena MD to Wilmington DE No charge
• Replacing the starter on *** *** Yamaha Engine Warranty

Tom R*** is a very honest and knowledgeable about his productThis is the second boat I have purchased and he went out of his way more then once to help me afford and purchase the boat I haveHe was always there when I needed help with my first boat and he is today suggesting maintenance that of coarse I would never had thought ofI am a very loyal customer with whom ever I do business withI like to create relationships so it is easier to take the bad news when givenHe knows me pretty good and gets the product I would be comfortable withThe boat I have today is fun holds plenty of friends and fishing buddy'sThanks Tom and your crew for always being there

In response to complaint # [redacted] Mr. [redacted] purchased a whole sale priced boat.  Wholesale priced boats do not include rigging labor which would include the installation of the cover.  Due to this, Mr. [redacted]’s contract did not include a rigging labor charge. After a phone conversation...

with Mr. [redacted] it appears that there was a miscommunication between Mr. [redacted] and Rudy Marine of what is included when  a wholesale priced boat is purchased  (i.e. rigging labor and controls are not included).  Due to the misunderstanding of the wholesale boat purchase process, Rudy Marine has issued a refund in the amount of $617.00 (check number 53624). Rudy Marine always strives for a higher level of Customer Service.  Due to this event we have re-trained our staff on how to explain the wholesale boat purchase process. We truly appreciate Mr. [redacted]’s patience and understanding in this matter.  Sincerely, Rudy Marine

The staff at Rudy Marine especially Tom and Andrea were top shelf. They built my boat to spec and this was not an easy task as there was a lot of technology involved. The boat came out better than I could ask for and coupled with very friendly and knowledgable service it was a great experience. I would recommend Rudy Marine all the way

Rudy Marine goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied! From our first trip to their Lewes DE location to our trip to their Wilmington DE store we were priority #1 in their book. They make sure that you are well informed about every facet of boating. We are brand new to the area from FL and they treated us like old friends. From the sales floor to our 3 hour tour (gotta love it) with Captain Mike we were beyond impressed. Very easy to do business with. Highly recommend!

Review: On 4/13/2012, my wife and I purchased a new 21'Nautic Star boat from Rudy Marine. The Purchase Contract lists a New Yamaha 150 HP 4 stroke engine. During the 2013 and 2014, the Yamaha engine has had mechanical issues during our ownership. Rudy Marine was notified, however offered no guidance. On 9/16/2014,I contacted Yamaha Customer Service and was informed for the first time that the Yamaha engine required service prior to our taking ownership. At the time of purchase, Rudy Marine did not inform us that the engine required work 6 days prior before sale. If my wife and I were informed of the actions required to have the engine work properly during Sea Trial, we would have not purchased this particular engine.Desired Settlement: It is my desire to have the Yamaha engine exchange for a reliable working engine. I would also like Rudy Marine to change its practice and notify customers of any work completed on new products.
