I am rejecting this response because: If there was "a breach of contract" then it was on *** ***'s partHe did not send certified letter until AFTER (his letter written October 24th) he was confronted (Oct 18th) with him not working on our houseWe had not worked on our house in almost a month and we were contacting him every few days with his "I'll be there on" and never did--not even a phone call or text to let us know he wouldn't be here. *** never took care of the poor workmanship even though he said he would. The problem came when he didn't produce what he said he would---so, he is actually the one that "breached the contract". He has not tried to remedy this---if he had of tried to take care of everything we complained about weeks and months ago--we would not be having this conversation now. *** ***

The story is true like I said it the first time. I sent a certified letter which was signed by mr Slumberger. I received the signed paper showing he signed it. I have tried to work it out with them. As of now with no response it is breach of contract.

I will not for any Coustemer ruin my reputation with the city Of Odessa. I pull permits on all my projects.  I am not using their money to build my home. I work for many building contractors for 20 years plus. I work large jobs. My Bussiness has been in the family 4 generations & never been  sued for not completing jobs. The day me, worker , the plumber went by mr slumberger ran all of us off his property. I called him & his wife & texted them with no response. My attorney advised me to send the certified letter to see if the would agree to pull the permits or my company would. But never got a response. They by not allowing us to finish the project & has breeched the contract with my Bussiness.

I am rejecting this response because: none of what he said is true. [redacted] is lying. I have proof of everything I wrote. His ONLY interest is to keep our money that he did not earn and did not do the job he was paid to do. Interestingly, he did not address any issue we made in the in the complaint we wrote to Revdex.com. He only addressed the permit issue. Yes, we did get frustrated with him after being told time and again (after weeks of not hearing from him) he would take care of something and didn't and then said he would be here and then wouldn't. [redacted] is lying about the Permit issue, being run off our property, and has had several sites with negative reviews 9on him. [redacted] is a liar and a swindler.  We would still like this resolved. Regards,
