This is my response to this complaint To begin it all they are not telling the truth about many facts I got hired because we had just finished another job for their parents about two weeks prior to this and they were very happy with all the work completed We started this job on 3/21/and not 4/19/as they claim, this alone will proof they are lying and I have a signed invoice that proves it We were doing the work and yes there was a fire sprinkler pipe that got broken and water leaked onto the unit (vacant unit) by the way I immediately called the customer to inform them of the situation and told them that I would take care of all the restorations I told them that I would bring in a professional restoration company and I would partner with them to complete all the needed restoration They agreed and I brought all the equipment needed such as air blowers and humidity removal machines That same day and within hours of the damage we removed all the baseboards, carpets and padding, removed all the water completely I had about air blowers and big humidity removal machines running I paid over $1,to The Home Depot on equipment rental (I have receipts) We were starting to remove all the water damaged drywall which was only about sqft and NOT the whole unit as they claim At that moment the customer informed me that I was to give him back he's key and to pick up all our tools and leave because their insurance was going to take over the restoration and once that was completed I would return to finish with the painting job I was not very happy of the way they handled things but I did as they wished, I gathered all my tools and equipment and left I wish I had thought of asking for written confirmation that they wanted me to leave the job so I can have proof that it was in fact them that ordered me to leave the job I do have pictures of the damage and pictures of the restoration that I had in progress that same day of the damage and when you act fast and remove the water and affected areas there is zero chance of mold and such The customer got excited and said to one of his family members of how he was going to remodel the whole unit completely now with this incident These people is trying to take advantage of their insurance company and myself The minute they decided to have their insurance handle all the repairs basically took me out of the game Now it's up to their insurance to possibly work something out with me and not them as they were already taken care of by their insurance I have tried contacting them via text, phone and email and was not able to I just now I'm getting word that they have filed a complaint with the state board and Revdex.com and who knows what else I was honest and upfront about the whole thing, I took responsibility and offered and started all the repairs but I was then ordered to stop and asked to leave the jobsite I've been actively licensed and in business since under same business name and licence number and had zero negative reports or complaints Thank you, [redacted] Owner/Supervisor ***'s Painting ###-###-#### ###-###-#### CA LIC#www.***sPaintingCo.com

This is in regards to Mr [redacted] 's complaint against my services This customer called me because he had fired a couple of other contractors before me that started the job and were terminated because according to him they didn't know what they were doing Please tell him to give you their info so that you may also hear their story and why they were removed from the job and not given the opportunity to complete itThat alone raised a red flag for me but I went against my instincts and took on the job anyway I really felt that we worked the best we could and did everything to please and take care of this customer I was patient and even tolerated his bad temper and extremely demanding attitude I was paid in full which is proof that he was pleased with all the work completed I even went over budget on labor and materials because of his demands but I always like to finish my jobs To begin with I would like to say that this work was completed exactly one year ago There is settling, earthquakes and structural defects that paint alone cannot fix or withstand All I know is that when we finished that job everything was tip top and that is why he paid me in fullThe job was inspected by the customer meticulously every single day from start to finish as he was home all day every day and we went over scope of work on a daily basis In regards to the garage door I explained to him that we never paint in between the panels because they might stick and such but he insisted on having that painted and so we did He claims that we damaged his roof and other areas which is not true We used Alex painter's year caulking which we always use and never have issues In conclusion please allow me to say that he is extremely picky and he inspected the whole job thoroughly and was happy with all the work and that's the only reason that he paid me in full He was verbally abusive to me and has some serious issues God help him Thank you, [redacted] Owner/Supervisor ***'s Painting ###-###-#### ###-###-#### CA LIC#www.***sPaintingCo.com
