Very rude and condescendingAccuses tenants of violations with no proofTried to blame my roommates and I for a hole in the ceiling that was caused by leaking pipes and make us pay for itAlso very unresponsive to emails and noticesCompletely unprofessional, stay away!

My roommate and I viewed a property that Mary managesWe liked it, filled out our application, gave her our application fee and security deposit of $1,She told us that is what she needed to make sure that we would get the placeShe called the next morning stating that our credit check went through and she would like to meet us to sign the leaseWe told her we would need hours to review the lease and do a walk though of the apartmentAlso, my roommate was out of town so we could not do it until the following dayShe said that if we did not sign the lease that day she would see other applicants, which we found strangeThen through a series of bizarre emails she conveyed to us that if we did not sign the lease immediately and meet with her at very specific time frame we would not be allowed to rent the apartmentThis was both surprising and unsettling, the only conclusion is that she knows how bad the property and the lease would be for us and tried to bully us into signing somethingAfter trying to reason as best we could with this obviously unbalanced individual we eventually were not allowed to to rent the propertyThe entire process was completely unprofessional, time consuming, and ridiculousShe is hands down the worst/craziest person I have encountered in awhileIf you can avoid doing business with her please do, you have been warned
