Review: Two months ago we had our AC serviced by Rudy's AC. Our two AC's were serviced and lines were cleared. It was determined by the serviceman that one of our thermostats needed replaced and was done so. Nevermind it worked perfectly before the service but it was done. We paid for the services rendered. Weeks after the service was done we noticed brown circles in our ceiling beneath where our AC's are located in our attic. I checked the attic to see if there was any noticeable leakage and there was none. Mind you we live in a desert thus any runoff that hadn't seeped into our ceiling dried immediately. After two months more brown rings were appearing thus we called Rudy's. A serviceman spent an hour in our attic and could not find any leaks. All this was done without the AC being turned on. The serviceman suggested we call a plumber and the next day we did. Within one minute of the plumber being in our attic with the AC on he spotted the leak. He asked if our lines had been cleaned lately. I said yes, two months ago. He stated the seal on the lines going into the AC had been blown and thus were leaking. He said he could fix it but it was the responsibility of the AC serviceman to check the lines after they had been blown. We thanked the plumber and his $175 fee for his 5 minutes of work and called Rudy's again. Immediately Rudy's began to question what the plumber and I saw with our own eyes. We have requested Rudy's to fix the leak but magically they seem too busy to respond to our service call. We have stopped using the leaky AC. We remain our ever over heating home waiting for a serviceman to fix a 2 month old problem.Desired Settlement: We would love for Rudy's AC to respond to our service call and fix the leak they caused by cleaning our lines. A simple check by the serviceman two months ago to check the seals from cleaning the lines and all of this would have been avoided. We will deal with the stains on the ceiling ourselves.

I desire to add that the plumber was the 6/18/13 and [redacted] citeme the 6/19/13, by personal problems I trip to La Jolla CA and I could not change the apointment and the 6/21/13 we try to check the wather leak but Mr. [redacted] very kind said that it was not necessary because he already call someone.
