Rudy's Landscape

I used Rudy's Lawn Care/Landscape for my Rocklin property. They not only maintained it beautifully, but (with very short notice) spruced up/enhanced it just prior to the listing of my home for sale and before a weekend 'open house'. They are the epitome of professionalism, both out in the field, and in the office. I recommend them highly and with the utmost confidence!

Review: I paid $1400.00 to Rudy's for fixing sprinklers and planting new plants, now they are dead or dying, after several calls, they have not called or fixed

I trusted Rudy's to plant 10 plants 4 trees and fix my sprinklers, some of which his employees broke during weekly lawn service. Plants started dying on May 16 2013, now June 5 2013 all plants are dead or dying and lawn is turning brown! After repeated calls, they have not corrected the problem or tried to call me back to tell me when they would. Yesterday the office said he would be here, no visit and no call to say when they would come or why. I'm sure if they had come earlier they could have corrected this problem easily! We had a contract for this work and in less than 30 days all is not well and they don't even make a fair effort to fix the problems. I want my money back and they can take remaining live plants AND dead ones too! I'll find another landscape service.Desired Settlement: I would like Rudy's to refund all my money $1,400.00 and remove all the plants and trees he planted. The trees are in barrels and can be removed by two men and a hand truck. We can't take out the sprinklers without making more work, that will have to be the cost of doing poor work and not answering my many calls. I paid him in good faith and he didn't meet the terms of our contract.

Rudy's Landscape has replaced or repaired everything on my complaint. They completed these items one week after my complaint was filed and I am completely satisfied with the results. This started mainly due to communications not being handled to my satisfaction. Rudy's is a growing company and as a result sometimes it is difficult to handle complaints in a timely manner. Rudy has hired new employees and now I am satisfied. I waited to see their response to Revdex.com before making my response. Thank Revdex.com for your help!

I needed to replace my old, backyard concrete patio. It was uneven due to tree roots growing underneath it. I had 3 companies come out to give me a quote. Rudy came in at the lowest price. Rudy was very friendly and professional, so I went with him. He ended up doing a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. He even fixed one of my irrigation lines that had broke weeks prior at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend Rudy and his team for any concrete pouring/landscaping job.
