I researching this we have not heard from the Customer either via phone or email. Our Associates were not informed to tell Customer that they could be used together. These coupons and the disclaimers were printed well before the handout period started in store. Corporate would not have been able to make a last minute decision on changing the terms of redemption for these to listed coupons
If the Customer would like, we can offer a (1) time exception. She can return to the store with her coupons and make a qualifying purchase and we will approve the coupons to be combined

I placed an order with this company days agoAccording to the company, it is still processing I asked where my order was, they constantly give me the runaround and won't tell me where my order is or when it might ship They don't respond to emailsI had to track them down on facebook and even then it takes days for a response

We haven't had any other reported issues of Customers not being able to use their Gift Cards/Merchandise Credit Cards online as a form of payment. My suggestion is to clear all browsing history and cache. Please be sure to enter just the digit number is the Gift Card line and
apply balance to transaction. There is no need at this time to enter the digit pin. If that is being entered, it would make the Gift card number invalid.

I am a worker for RGIS and I am just disgusted with the way a young African American girl was treated. She was so sweet and so funny she had me and another worker so tickled. But there was a manager who kept picking on her he would come to our section and scrutinize everything she did and then tell her she couldn’t catch an attitude. I told her to keep her head up it’s ok. Towards the end of the night she was talking to another worker while counting and asked could he get the skew check she was counting and this same manager interrupted her and made the nastiest comment he told her “you’re going to do whatever I tell you to” and told her to go to another section and she asked “why would she go over there if she wasn’t done here” and he was so nasty to her and sent her home after being very disrespectful. She was in tears and she did nothing wrong anybody would have raised their voice he was talking to her like she was a slave and I will not be a bystander I came to visit the store in Wichita June 22 and she was there and she now tells me they took her off the schedule for no reason and I hope she brings a discrimination case against your company I am also reporting this to RGIS corporate in hopes that they no longer do business with you if you let this continue. That poor girl was the sweetest thing. Myself and a couple of other workers are also willing to testify and I encouraged her to bring a case. I will keep messaging until actions are taken

I used to love shopping at Rue21, at the store and even online. Their clothes are fashionable and affordable. But recently, I have experienced what I believe is the worst customer service from Rue21. I purchased online on 10/22, order number [redacted]. The estimated delivery stated 4-7 business days. After checking on the site under "track my order" the item was still processing. I eventually called and connected to a rep who said that they were switching warehouses so there were delays in getting orders shipped. On 11/4, the status of my order was finally changed to "shipped". Until today, I have not received my order, instead received an email stating that my items have been received for the return. How in the world can I return items I have never even received? I receive a refund in my account with no explanation. I still want the items. I have been waiting since 10/22 for the items. I have emailed customer service at Rue 21 multiple times with no response. Called multiple times with no one to assist with resolution. This is unbelievable.

I received a shipment from Rue21 on 12/20/16 fro the partial amount of the order for  $105.85.  I am okay with the said order as long as no other duplicate orders are being processed on the same ticket.  The last time I talked with an supervisor Mattie L. I received an screen shot of what order you had for me which was one now and that my other items will be shipped once available in the amount of $32.02.

It should not matter that I returned the jacket because the total without the jacket is, still. more than $20.00. The coupon did not state it would be spread over each individual item. I want my $6.38 back. Rue 21 held over $60.00 of my money by duplicating my order. I am not returning to the store, again. I, already, had to make a special trip back to return the extra order. I will be contacting a consumer news team if my money is not refunded. Not only did it take more of my valuable personal time emailing Rue21 customer service over and over and over to which I never received any type of response, now, I am spending even more personal time with this complaint to the Revdex.com. I hate it when a business like Rue21 provides an online email contact, but never respond. I have all of my email attempts saved to show a consumer news team. If you want to lose a good customer and spend more time and money answering my consumer news team complaint and a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission that is your decision. Rue21 has already screwed me over and I will make sure that other consumers know how dishonest your company is by the way you fail to specify the terms of the coupons you offer in large print where consumers can know what they are agreeing to and not somewhere in an encyclopedia sized fine print. Consumers should know that Rue21 is not going to respond to their online email contact forms and that it will take a Revdex.com complaint to even get a 'we care more about our bottom line than our customers' response like I have received today. Truly sad business ethics. I will not let this go. This is wrong. Is it good business to lose a good customer and all the money I would spend in your stores and have negative press over $6? You decide. I know what I am going to do if I do not get my money back.

[redacted] called and requested tracking information for a Gift Card she mailed to her niece.  I advised her that she had shipped it USPS and tracking information was not available.  I advised her to let me know if she would like it devalued and issued in a store.  She never emailed me back.  In the meantime she called our third party Gift Card Company and had it devalued and remailed.  She called our call center several times and I would call back and leave messages.  [redacted] would not respond to my emails or call me back directly, she would only communicate through the call center.  By going through the call center, they would email me and I would have to reach out for additional information, slowing the process down.  Once [redacted] responded to me with a valid mailing address we submitted a check request for a full refund.  She will be receiving that in the mail and no additional compensation.
