I received coupons from ruethe front says $off any $purchaseImagine my surprise when I went to the store spent $and was not allowed to use my coupon I e-mailed them thinking that in good customer service they would fix the errorI was so wrong what I received was the first e-mail stating they have received various complaints about the same issue and they apologize Well an apology doesn't give me back that $I didn't plan on spending because they had given me a coupon that I had met the requirements forSo I e-mailed them back with a picture of the coupon where it clearly says $off any $purchase Keyword being ANY What I received was a very sarcastic e-mail telling me to "feel free to refer to settings on the back of the coupon" which reads "Amount of deduction will be given at the point of sale pretax and net of discountsLimit one coupon per customerCoupon must be turned it at time of purchaseNot valid with any other couponsNo cash valueExcludes 40% off or more and buy one get one free itemsSome price points lower than 40% off excluded.” with that being said everything I bought was full price except a pair of jeans that were buy one get one for $and you can't read the back of a coupon on an online couponI will never shop there againI have never experienced such advertisement and poor customer service in my life

Our sign state the entre store is UP TO a % off which would indicate that the percentage received on an item would be 0-that % off It may be in the form of BOGO 50% (combines the items would be 25% off each) to a straight up percentage off or any other combination We run sales like this several times a year in store and online Thank you!

I recently lost weight so I needed a new pair of favorite jeans, I was told they had cheap but durable clothes hereThe cheap price made me skeptical of the quality but I was pleasantly surprised, I placed an order on Cyber Monday for jeans, shirts and some jacketsThey even got to my house before the expected delivery date! The packaging was great, the sizes where all correct except for jacket(it was my fault), it was way too big, ill be returning it to the store, hopefully they can give me the right size or store credit, I never heard of this store, ill be shopping here a lot now

according to our FAQ listed on our website, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages with a delivery confirmation We advised the customer of our policy and we never heard anything back from her

We would need to have the Gift Card numbers in order to review the past activity If there is still a preauth hold on the funds I can certainly remove it and provide proof its been removed and balances are restored Orders all pass through fraud and some are triggered for further review We use a 3rd party vendor to make those determinations to accept or deny orders Order that have been denied, customer must speak with a member of that Order Review Team for further details on how the determination was made

Everguard installed a roof two years and two months prior to me moving into a homeThe roof leaked after a large rain and Everguard only has a two year workmanship warranty on their TPO roofingThis is not an industry standard for TPO roof warranties so a warning to all buyers in advance of purchasing TPO from EverguardEverguard staff and management were completely inflexible even though the warranty had just expired
Even scheduling an inspection to locate the origin of the leak and with me paying full price ended up being a complete hassleThis company does not take responsibility for errors that existed during the two year warranty, but that only became apparent after the warranty expired
The roof is of high quality and was a primary reason I purchased this home since flat roofs in Santa Fe are notoriously problematicI highly suggest that either Everguard roofing stand by their product by increasing a ridiculously short workmanship warranty or actually show some flexibility to the consumer by following up on unexpected leaks that occur only two years after they install a roofInstead Everguard staff repeatedly stated "How may I help you with your out of warranty roof" shoving it in my faceThe general manager actually compared their roof warranty to that of a TV warranty and stated I should not expect a day more of serviceThis roof leak actually dripped into my TV so it's ironic he chose that for comparisonThe impact of a broken TV and leaking roof are a very poor choice for comparisonA stable roof over a customer's head is much more important than a TV
No doubt, Everguard will search for every other avenue of blame to place on the consumer such as clogged downspouts, entry through stucco, and even sealed doorwaysAll understandable and possible until the customer actually finds the leak directly by simply placing a hose on the roofThe CID inspector could not have possibly seen this hole as it was located below a walkway that Everguard installed on top of the roofThis is an installation error by EverguardTwo Everguard staff claimed that they were hesitant to even take the job of repairing this roof because of issues with this section of the roofIt appears like they were right and should not have taken the job
The problem here is their warranty and inability to communicate professionallyIf Everguard staff had simply stated "well that is unexpected to see a leak after two years, how about we go probe for leaks at no charge?" Then we will unfortunately have to charge for the leak repair, but it may not be that severe"I would have agreed to that, but instead I got a lot of run aroundIf Everguard wants to blame the monsoon for their stress that's fine, but learn to communicate so that the customer is not left completely stranded with a leak coming through a light socket! Unfortunate, because other roofing companies were immediately available to assist with this basic repair
Everguard will undoubtedly try to respond and defend themselves from this postI urge consumers to consider the short warranty for workmanship as indicative of how weakly this company believes in their productIf you run into issues with your roof expect them to blame two years of monsoons (I checked the yearly rain and snowfall in Santa Fe for the past two years and it was minimal) and your home's construction
The one positive I have for Everguard is that in my view it is an excellent quality roof material and the general manager is the one kind person I had contact withThe workmanship and customer service appears to be the primary issue and those are important
Stand by your product Everguard!

EVERGUARD ROOFING was very professional and exceptional in all aspects of working with them for my roofThe quote was good They were punctual They displayed the permit in a public place as they should do to get the City to OK the finished job They replaced the skylights as part of their roof work, and arranged for the warranty and all legal tasks for me, the homeownerJosh was wonderful and followed through on every aspect Everguard's crew was great -worked steady and very thorough, totally business each dayThey left the area all cleaned and picked upI have no complaints at all and would recommend them to anyone, and to everyone which I have done Thank you Everguard! I chose them to do my roof, because of the great job they did on a neighbor's roofNo complaints at all

Excellent work, excellent communications Everguard, Andy Vigil, Reynaldo, & Juan did an outstanding re-roof on a steep pitch, historic home for us The work was top notch, and they followed up in a timely manner with minor punch list items Highly recommend Everguard
