I spoke with Mr [redacted] today, 9/and assured him we stand behind our workI apologized for the lack of communication and urgency thus far and that I would be personally managing the issue to ensure it is completed in a timely manner and meets his satisfactionThe gate we removed was rebuilt and powder coatedIt was received back at our shop today 9/After inspection, I noticed a flaw in the powder coating and sent it back to be redoneI communicated to Mr [redacted] that I would call him on the morning of Wednesday 9/to confirm a Thursday 9/10, or Friday 9/11, install date for the new gateBest Regards, Trey B [redacted]

The fence and gate were built incorrectly and after sending someone out to address the issue it was still incorrectOn 7/we rebuilt the gate resolving the issuesWhile the issued was resolved communication and timing of getting it resolved should have been better on our partOur apologies to
