I have issued [redacted] check and sent it to him Contrary to popular belief we only have what we earn to work with and we dont earn a lot each week However, we have satisfied this debt

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have tried to email them numerous times and the never respond to my emailsI also went to adopt [redacted] first but was asked when I was there if I could take [redacted] as wellWhen they threatened to come take the kittens away that I had already paid for of course I was upset and said forget itI've paid they're vet bills and whatever else they need, I don't care about that all I ever wanted was for them to be healthy, but the rescue provided zero assistance in helping me get them back to healthAll I want at this point is there adoption paperwork which I've emailed about twice in the last month with no responseI can't register their microchips in my name without some sort of adoption paperwork stating their mine since a vet bill won't workEvery time I've tried to contact them they ignore meI should have received their paperwork the day I got themI had many issues with PayPal as well which is the only way to pay apparently and no one from the rescue explained to me how to pay, where to put who I'm adopting, what the money is for, etcI had no guidance or help from the rescue since day oneAll I'm asking for is their adoption paperwork so I don't have to hear from this organization againI could have contacted [redacted] directly but she never responds and when she does she's rude and inconsiderate so it's better to go through Revdex.com where I don't have to be yelled at

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThey have also sent me a check for the full refund since the time this complaint was sentThank you for your assistance Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] adopted a puppy and signed our adoption contract which I have attached, we were trying to be nice and help her with the vetting of the dog which subsequently got Parvo, we do not have to help but we wanted to We are a small rescue with limited resources and will not write checks we cannot cover, we cannot cover her dollars this week but were going to mail the check to her when we could, we thought it would be two weeks, but unfortunately we had some unforeseen expenses and could not mail it outWe are sorry for the situation but we fully intended to give her the money and would ask that she be patient We try our best to make sure the dogs are in good health when they are adopted and did not see anything that day and the previous day to lead us to believe this pup was anything but healthy, for example it was eating and drinking and playing with its sibling and its poop was solid Unfortunately we are not able to see if the pup is going to come down with anything, we have to go by what we see A dog can test negative one day and positive the next We would hope that she understands our position in this and would have the patience to wait for her check

we first had contact with [redacted] when she expressed interest in [redacted] one of our kittens, she travelled to Park Meadows, Denver to visit with him and decided to adopt knowing that he had to be fixed by our vet which she said was not a problemWhen she got him home she said he had dihariah and said she would take him in to our vet, she then called and advised us she had no way to get him there and was running late and could not listen to him meow in the back of the car and turned aroundShe called me [redacted] the Director and I told her I would share the bill to have him looked at by the Humane society if she sent me the bill, She tried pumpkin to control the runny poopShe also asked to adopt [redacted] and I told her I would have him checked by the vet to make sure he was healthy before she got himI did this and he was cleared by the vet and she drove to 104th and Federal and picked him upShe said he started coughing after days and again I told her to take him inAfter much toing and froing I told her to return the cats and I would issue a full refundShe declined and said forget it she would do the vetting, she sent me a bill with no name on it so I could not determine which cat was taken inShe told me not to contact her again and I did notI have tried to resolve her issues numerous times but she backs down and says forget it then she posts derogatory comments but refuses any solutionsI am willing to work with her but she is very volatile and vulgarWe are willing to help but she will not communicate with us

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not yet received the check, and will not be satisfied until I have received the check and cashed it Besides the response here, I have received email messages from Ruff Rescue on May 5th, June 3rd and June 16th of this year stating that they had mailed the check and I have received no check Sincerely, [redacted]

This complaint is from a man who is following suit of *** ***, she has told advised him to do the same as she did I will reiterate again that we are not going to issue checks we cannot cover, so either he is patient and waits till we can or he can do what he thinks it going to be
the best outcome for him Here also we were being nice and giving him some relief from his Parvo bill, but they cannot wait for the money and as I said we do not have it Enclosed it the copy of his original application and outlined is the paragraph that tells them we are not liable for health after the dog leaves the rescue We are a business and we take losses constantly, dogs who are sick, infirm and need costly surgeries and care, we do not have to give them anything, but we want to be fair, they are however paving the way for a non reimbursement strategy to any adopters, which is sad for the dogs that will be adopted in the future If he can wait till we have the funds then he will get the money

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Ruff Rescue agreed to send me my $deposit refund on October which was after the Revdex.com's deadline for my response to my last complaint (see below)As I suspected, they gave this date to stall, so I rejected the business's response because I hadn't received the check yetIt is now October and I still do not have my refundFor future complaintants, I would suggest just taking the business to small claims courtOriginal complaint: We adopted a puppy from Ruff Rescue December 19, The date listed as the spay deadline was March 19, I and my vet explained to Ruff Rescue via email that our dog would be too young to be spayed before that dateIn addition to that, she had all manner of infestations that we were still treating her for, and she could not immediately undergo surgeryWe paid for all her care, including her spay, ourselves through our own vet*** indicated that with a letter from our vet, she would extend the spay date for our dogI followed up and sent all the required information to *** via email so that she could refund our $deposit after the surgery took placeI sent that information to her on May 9, July 28, August and August We still have not received our deposit refund nor have we had any response whatsoever from ***I sent my email to all three email addresses listed on their website, and one *** is not even a valid email addressI would like my $deposit refund immediately
Sincerely,
*** *** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The business is conveniently waiting another days to mail the check which also happens to be the Revdex.com deadline for my responseIf
the check is mailed Oct17, I will not receive it until after the Revdex.com deadlineThis has "fallen through the cracks" for months and through many emailsWhy wait another days to mail the check? I will follow up to this complaint when I actually receive and cash the check
Sincerely,

Hello again,
I haven't heard a single word from this organization. All they've sent me is the kittens vet paperwork but they haven't even sent me their ADOPTION paperwork, so these kittens I paid for over two months ago STILL aren't even in my name and when I asked them to give me that paperwork,...

they didn't answer and refuse to send it to me. I'm getting pretty pissed off. I have now spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in vet bills for issues that these kittens came to me with, that weren't explained to me, and I was told they were going to be perfectly healthy. I was told they were both taken to the vet and checked for any issues and given ALL vaccinations and shots, but when I got their vet paperwork, I discovered they hadn't even been de-wormed, which is something most rescues do immediately because it can be very detrimental to their health at a young age. When I mentioned to the rescue that they had diarrhea I was told that they hadn't even NOTICED, which is absolutely appalling. I then found out at the vet that they were infested with worms, as well as the URI's and ringworm they were given to me with. They are STILL undergoing treatment because of the neglect of this rescue and I have now paid over $500 in vet bills, which doesn't even include the updates on their vaccines I still need to get.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have tried to email them numerous times and the never respond to my emails. I also went to adopt [redacted] first but was asked when I was there if I could take [redacted] as well. When they threatened to come take the kittens away that I had already paid for of course I was upset and said forget it. I've paid they're vet bills and whatever else they need, I don't care about that all I ever wanted was for them to be healthy, but the rescue provided zero assistance in helping me get them back to health. All I want at this point is there adoption paperwork which I've emailed about twice in the last month with no response. I can't register their microchips in my name without some sort of adoption paperwork stating their mine since a vet bill won't work. Every time I've tried to contact them they ignore me. I should have received their paperwork the day I got them. I had many issues with PayPal as well which is the only way to pay apparently and no one from the rescue explained to me how to pay, where to put who I'm adopting, what the money is for, etc. I had no guidance or help from the rescue since day one. All I'm asking for is their adoption paperwork so I don't have to hear from this organization again. I could have contacted [redacted] directly but she never responds and when she does she's rude and inconsiderate so it's better to go through Revdex.com where I don't have to be yelled at.

I did this and he was cleared by the vet and she drove to 104th and Federal and picked him up. She said he started coughing after 2 days and again I told her to take him in. After much toing and froing I told her to return the cats and I would issue a full refund. She declined and said forget it she would do the vetting, she sent me a bill with no name on it so I could not determine which cat was taken in. She told me not to contact her again and I did not. I have tried to resolve her issues numerous times but she backs down and says forget it then she posts derogatory comments but refuses any solutions. I am willing to work with her but she is very volatile and vulgar. We are willing to help but she will not communicate with us.
