If you have a medical reason to cancel your agreement please send a signed Dr. note and we will cancel his agreement as that is a valid reason to cancel.also you would not have payed for nothing as your son would be allowed to continue practice but we shortened your legal contact to 10 months remaining from the 20 months that were remaining.furthermore you never stated a medical reason for quiting until now. You just stated he did not want to practice anymore. Please furnish the Doctors excuse and we will gladly cancel. Thank you

had many success stories of kids that wanted to quit(as with any difficult task) but they stuck with it and overcame there difficulty. As you stated you had a good feeling about our school. Our school is one of the best martial arts schools in central Ohio. In our discussions I was more than fair and reasonable in adjusting your contract with adjusting your rate. I cut off  $1050 off the price. The complaint filed by you is not a true reflection of what happened. I do not have to discus my medical history, which would be a HIPA violation. I did not hire some random person. I hired the best individuals to take over in my absence. All classes were open to him during that time. If you want to discuss this situation further my door is always open. We are more than willing to help your child become a great martial artist and our classes are always open to him.
