PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. This is one of the worst places I’ve ever taken my dog. I walked in and there were 2 ladies screaming at the dogs. My dog didn’t want to even walk through the door from prior times being traumatized. My dad picked up my two dogs and they were shaken up the whole way home and days after. She came back with 2 MISSING TEETH. That is ridiculous. Please don’t bring your dog there. They yell, scream, and who knows what they do when no people are around??
IF YOU DONT LIKE DOGS WHY WORK WITH THEM AS A PROFESSION? You guys scream and abuse those dogs. Ridiculous and disgusting.
This is all lies, she called.the shop. Saying her dogs had fleas.and could.we.help.her. we said ok, we saw flea.dirt, but no.fleas
We bathed her dog, shaved and groomed it. Her dog goes to.bite which she dailed.to tell.us about. The groomer did the best she could, and when she came back in late, she asked if we could take more.off the face. The groomer asked her to hold the dog, and again the dog went to bite
We.explaoned.tjay this was the best we could do. It is not.worth injuring the groomer or the dog to keep.pushing ot. She said.okay, maybe tomorrow
I.said no without a vet,giving the proper dose to calm the dog down. The next day she called, demanding her money back, that she was unhappy with the haircut, and her dog was itchy. I refused a refund as we dis the work, and she probably has fleas where she walks him
She threatened us with this complaint, and became very rude
I responded by saying good.luck and hung up.on her
This is all a fabrication to.make.us look bad. I feel she does this all.the time to get free haircuts on her dogs.
