My name is Mike T[redacted] and I own and operate Rug DRx Cleaning Services. I am responding to a complaint that was lodged against my company on 06/29/15. [redacted] states I damaged a seal and ripped numerous screens at there house. All allegations are untrue. I was highly recommended to the...
[redacted] by Mrs. [redacted] brother who has been a Custumer of mine for a few years. When I arrived at the house [redacted] was not home and was never at house while I was there. When I arrived and looked at windows I immediately stated to [redacted] that screens were very old and in poor condition. All locking pins were rusted and screens were very thin and some already had small tears in them from normal wear and tear. They were all taken down very carefully and some pins were not opening correctly because of the rusting and pitting and broke off but screens still worked perfectly. Again I made [redacted] aware of this. We did not damage any screens and I advised [redacted] she should look into putting new screens in the frames. [redacted] also said we damaged a seal on a large window. It is virtually impossible for that to happen since we only put water with a little soap on windows to clean them. We use a squeegee and rags to clean the windows on all our jobs. [redacted] called me a couple days after we cleaned windows and was extremely rude and I answered all his questions and told him everything I have stated in this letter. I also believe [redacted] was not being truthful in his accusations. I was never rude to [redacted] and I did state I would come back and look at the broken seal but this is our busy time of year and I couldn't get to his house that quickly which I also explained. I have been in Buisness since 1996 and have had very few complaints so when I get one especially when I feel it's not warranted I take it very personally.
