Unethical to say the least. I purchased a Dalyn Studio Coastal Blue 9 x 13 rug. As soon as we unrolled it shedding began. I contacted Rug & Home and they advised me this was normal and to give it some time and the shedding would stop. Unbeknownst to me my wife was vacuuming, with beater bar turned off, the rug every day to pick up the shedding. When I found out that the shedding had never stopped I called Rug & Home and informed them of the situation. Their response was "we cannot get a response from Dalyn Rugs". End of story. The piece of JUNK they sold me was not going to be replaced nor money refunded. I would never do business with them again.
