Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I asked management to contact me with an apology for refusing to speak with me in the first place, and the half-hearted "this doesn't sound like us, were sorry" through the BBB months later doesn't cut it. I also placed a negative review on the business web site which appears to have never posted/been deleted. As a customer, I check businesses online before spending money with them, and presume others do as well. This company is preventing negative reviews from reaching potential customers, and deceiving them about the service they will receive. I still wish to speak to the management, and feel that they should post all of the negative reviews they have received, or take the reviews off their website, because otherwise it is untruthful advertising. The company's customer service was abusive because they know they will get away with it. To resolve this complaint, management needs to call (as I requested in the first place), apologize, post my negative review (and other negative reviews they are blocking) or remove all reviews from their website, and at this point for the trouble they have caused me (wasting my time rehashing this for example) they should refund all or at least part of my money. Anything short of that is not resolved to my satisfaction. This company is not sorry, and that is evident by the lack of effort made in correcting the problem. They obviously have no respect for the BBB either, or they would take this complaint seriously...asking someone to call and apologize after the way I was treated and the amount of money I spent was not an excessive request, the their refusal to do even that most minor act shows contempt for both their customers, and the agency designed to settle disputes with them. Thank you for reaching out to me in reference to this complaint. I will definitely address the parties involved in this complaint. It does not sound like our customer service department but anything is possible. I truly do apologize to the customer about the service she received, this is not normal...

I am not one to submit ratings, but I have just had such a fabulous customer service experience with RugPad USA that I'm strongly motivated. There was a fairly small error in my order processing. I called them on a Saturday, expecting to leave a message. Instead I reached a real person who was in a position to take immediate action. The company has been more than responsive in addressing my challenge. They have had a great attitude, really fast turnaround, and are supplying me with even a better solution than what I had originally ordered. A+ for service!
