The merchant DID NOT offer a resolution, and it's clear that she has no intention on "making this right"I have nearly forty emails between the merchant and I discussing the artwork that I designed (including a rough sketch that I drew)This was a CUSTOM rug - which means that the color and design choices may take time to perfectThe fact that she would be untruthful about the design is appalling! I came to Rug Rats for my staircase runner and was impressed with the selection of different samples I had not seen anywhere else I found a great quality Rug at a very affordable priceRug Rats had an amazing show room with a huge selectionThe sales people are very helpful and not pushy at allWould recommend to anyone!

Paid a lot for what I thought would be a quality rug. Very disappointed with what I received...

Review: I contacted Rug Rats to manufacture a custom [redacted] rug for my boys’ room. For several days, we emailed back and forth about the details of the rug – along with a few phone calls here and there. After multiple attempts to get the colors and landscaping of the rug correct, I decided to call the representative (Sandy H[redacted]) who was assisting me. After I pointed out the inconsistencies in color and landscaping, she grew very impatient and frustrated with me. I informed her that I didn’t appreciate the unprofessionalism and requested to speak with a supervisor or someone else who could assist me. It was during this time that she indicated to me that she was the owner of the company. To my surprise, she was incredibly rude, and grew increasingly frustrated. She even yelled and shouted at me! It didn’t end there! She cavalierly stated that she had taken MY custom design and uploaded it onto her website for sale – to which she flippantly indicated that she had already sold ten that day! When I expressed my disbelief, she told me to “go somewhere else” to have the rug made because she was “done with” me. When I tried to reason with her, she hung up the phone in my face.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that Sandy H[redacted] issue me an apology. Additionally, I am requesting that she finish my custom order at the quoted price of $350.00. What's more, she has stolen my design and showcasing it as her own. I am requesting that she remove the [redacted] rug from all social media outlets including her website.
