Review: Rug Renovating picked up my rug about 4 weeks ago and followed up with a phone call saying that the rug needed to be hand washed for extra money then delivered it dirty two weeks later. I asked it be recleaned since there were no stains, only dust dirt. Rug Renovating picked up my rug on 7/26/13 and in writing promised it to me on 8/2/13. Since then they called me two times to delay delivery saying the drying machines had broken down two times, but they were still able to get other deliveries out, just not mine.

I want my rug back. We have now scheduled delivery for Friday, August 9. I have no confidence that they will deliver on time since they cancelled twice.lDesired Settlement: I want my rug. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 8/2 according to my paperwork.
