I just notice that you guys sent this complain **om my customer , In all my orders we always have the customer to reply to confirm of any orders placed .in this case They did OK the order as it was and when they replied it was to print as it was with no changes to be made
Again they called days after the order was processed and even then they never mentioned the error on the Typo they called to add some else and by that time was to late to make any changes This was a referral done by Mrs*** and she call me to apologize about the way they came back to the studio to complain about something that was totally their error again we sent the samples for them to review and They never said anything about itI have been in this business and we always put a 100% plus to take care of our Customers for over Years and never have not even one complain all I can say is that , I hope that we don't have to deal with customer like them in the futureI have a whole list of very happy customers that we have build thru this Years and going back to MRS*** they came back to book another future event of their familyThis was the regular Price that they should pay
Art work Design $Rush Shipping $ Invitation price $wich is $each of the design selected with a total cost of $ Plus Tax But this was a Customer referral we did not charge them for Art work and also The Rush Shipping that they ask for If any more Questions please contact me atFlash Photography Studio
