Me and my wife originally went to LGI Homes to purchase a homeWe were offered a three-bedroom with an office by their salesmanWe were asked to put down $1,earnest moneyWe brought the next day and money orderThe original salesman have retired mysteriouslyBut we continued as planned going by checking on the home and saving money and bringing in legal documents for them to reviewMonths later we go in to ask about the backyard and they treated us like we cancelled the contractAll they were saying was we thought that you have cancelledWe were upset telling them they were mistakenSo the new salesman sit us down to fill out a new applicationWe kept asking what happened to our original application they said they cancelled itNow we were filling out a new application with higher land property pricesMeanwhile their original loan officer has all of our legal documents and they are original copies from the IRSNow they have a new loan officer and she has none of our paperwork and they don't know where the original loan officer isSome have told me that he was fired some told me he was just off for a couple of days to check back in his office in a couple of days

We regret that you have experienced difficulty with the sewer system on your home and thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. We have reviewed your request to be reimbursed for the $13,795 you spent having the sewer system repaired. After reviewing all the video footage and pictures, we have determined that LGI will reimburse you for the amount of $9,000. This amount represents the costs that LGI would have incurred to make the repairs. We believe this is a fair and mutually agreeable resolution to this issue. By signing the bottom of this letter 01 cashing this check, you acknowledge that you have been reimbursed fully for any and all repairs associated to the sewer system at your home and absolve LGI from any further liability in regards to this issue. I just wanted to let you know that the issue with complaint ID...

[redacted] (LGI Homes) has been resolved.After speaking to them on several occasions, and going back and forth they decided to refund my money.
I have already received the refund.
It wasn't easy, but in the end I'm glad they decided to do the right thing.
