Review: I ordered a hat with them thru Amazon Marketplace Sellers. There were postal tracking issues delivery issues and they issued me a Amazon refund. Then I got the package delivered well after the delivery window. I had several 'chat' sessions with Amazon and was told several times by Amazon customer service representatives that if the hat shows up, I can keep it with no back-charge. I took Amazon at their word. The hat arrived. I cut the tags off and cut off the tassels of and began to enjoy it. Now Rugged Outfitters is harassing me to return the hat. I again contacted Amazon.
