As for my (Blue Dodge Truck) which I mentioned in complaint he over charged me in that case as well, sence he wants to bring it up [redacted] keep the Ins check PLUS I had to pay another Hundred bucks for buffing, not even a total buff jobAs for his county accounts, great for him, guess it pays to know peopleAs for the "dents" they are still on vehicle (Saab)Now for my harsh voicemails he saved I am obviously not happy with his workCorrect? To whom it may concern,My Name is *** *** and I own *** World of Autobody we received a letter from you regarding a complaint ID # *** from Mr*** *** Mr *** was referred to us from *** *** from ***'s AutoMyself, *** *** and Mr*** met
and discussed what needed to be repaired on Mr***s SaabThere was never an agreement to do a complete paint job on his carThe agreement was to fix some dents, bumper, Right headlight, bumper molding, paint hood, paint left fender, paint right fender and paint the quarter panel on the left sideWe agreed to fix all those spots also buff out some spots and brush touch a few scratches We repaired the car to that agreementThe car was dropped off on a week that I was out of town, so the car sat until the following week when I returnedWe had the car for roughly two weeks due to Mr*** stating he was not in a hurry The job was completed ancl Mr*** picked up his car had it for a while and then he took it to Mr*** *** with a complaint that a dent was not fixed on the roof of his carMr*** then called me to tell me Mr*** had a complaint in which I told them to send it back to me and I would take care of it even though it was not in the agreementThe dent was fixed and Mr*** came to inspect it before the car left he stated he was very happy with it and asked if I would do more work to it in the future and took the vehicleI called Mr*** told him that the situation was handled and Mr, *** was happy. Mr*** did not inform you that after the Saab was done he brought me a second vehicle (blue dodge truck ) to my bodyshop to get repaired due to an accident he was involved in Which was repaired and he was happy with the work done. I have been in business for years and have never had a complaint like this beforeIf a customer has an issue with any work done I make it right I have a contract with all of the ontario county vehicles and state trooper vehicles .If there was a problem with my business I would not be able to hold those contracts year after year. I have received numerous amounts of threats ancl vulgar voicemails from Mr*** that I have savedIt is with great grief and disbelief that I have received this complaint from Mr.*** because I have a very credible name here in Ontario County. This morning my car would not startI was on the way to taking my husband to workWe were trying to find someone to help give us a jumpWe couldn't find anyone so I had the idea of walking to the apartment officeI knew that their job duties didn't involve car issues but decided just to askI thought maybe there would be someone that may be willing to helpI walked in and asked very nicely"my car won't start do you possibly know of someone who can help me?" The response was got was very rudeI would have accepted " no ma'am we cannot help you I apologize" But the lady in the front office told me " it is not mandatory for us to help you." She said it rudely then took her walkie talkie to call out to the ground keeper guys " hey this lady needs help but you don't have to help her." I walked outAgain the only response I needed was noI made me feel like I wssnt resident paying rent...like I was a random person asking for helpI know that most apartments refuse to get involved
my truck was towed away from the apartments I live at when I had my sticker that enabled me to park in the designated areathere was no signed that said NO PARKING or lines in red extthis is not the 1st time this has happened months back I got a new work truck that my company provided me and when I went to ask for a sticker they told me no because my old sticker was still on the old truck which they sent to our Midland office that same night my truck got towed away for NO STICKERThey wanted me to get a letter my work saying that my old truck was sent to another locationThis cost me Xincluding the one that happened todayI have pictures where I was parked last night and there is nothing that indicates no parking the office manager Alice is very rude and cursed at me and is very unprofessional
