This company is horrible all together they left me without an air conditioner for over a week in 115 degree weather they constantly gave me the run around blaming my insurance American Shield they have no compassion and need training in customer service not only did they take all my money they refused to fix my air conditioner I had to call another company to fix their mistake I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone!!!
