This customer did come in on May 6th with a tire that was off the car, customer came in demanding and insulting we replace her tire that she said bought 3 weeks ago. In the shop we have signs posted all over that there is No Warranty on Used...

Tires this is also included on all our receipts.First customer said in office we sold her a dry rotted tire, when I went out to look at it The tire popped from her hitting something hard and sharp on the street because even her wheel(rim)got scratched right in the same area where the large puncture was at. When customer stated ok I will go to Revdex.com I was getting ready to take a picture and she quickly took the tire and refused for me to take the picture, she had a gentleman with her and told him quick put it in the truck. I told customer if the tire was bad in two days you loose air. But this was something she hit on the street.If it would have been a bad tire we would have replaced it but all our tires are checked before going on our shelves also sometimes customer doesn't want to spend much on tires and request lower quality on tires,however this was not the case with her because she had a good tire its just that she damaged it or who ever was driving the vehicle there for its also the reason why there is No Warranty On Used Tires And on New Tires Are Only On Manufacture Defects and same Not If you hit a pothole and scratch your rim and pop your tire. Our Customers are our priority and we are always willing to help them in every possible way, but in cases like this there is nothing we can do. We would hate to loose her as a customer but we would also appreciate when a customer is honest then maybe we would have given her a small discount on another tire. But clearly the tire had a large puncture and what a coincidence that the same length of the cut is the same length of the scratch on the rim and the rest of the rim has absolutely no scratches on it. I would've had a picture to prove my statement if she wouldn't have refused and quickly put it in the truck.Thank you and I honestly hope customer can understand and admit she is at wrong.

First off I never spoke with a man. It was a woman that spoke very little English. and as for the notice being all around the shop there is no signs or anything around the shop. And as for a receipt they never gave me one, and it was about two weeks that I went up there because a truck dropped something off the back of his truck, that looked like piece of steel that is what I went up there the first time to get my tire fixed. and that is when the man told me that he couldn't repair the tire that he would sale me another one for [redacted] and I brought it from him and this was on a Thursday morning 4/28/2016. I was on my way to drop off my grand kids at school. so for me to have a blow out on 5/5/2016 that is not even a week having on even driving on the tire he sold me. and as for the picture that he was going to take, he never had or toke out a cell phone to take the picture of the tire. the rim got messed from where the last tire was messed up and they said that there was nothing they could do about the rims being messed up from the steel piece that messed up the tire not a half a block from there shop that day. I would like to have half my money back if not all, because that is not fair for this company to sale tires and not even a week or two the tire is bad or dry rotted. Now to show you what I'm talking about my son went up there Tuesday or Wednesday to get a tire for his car. and when they sold him his tire that didn't give him a receipt for the used tire. so what are they talking about it is on the receipt they give you. they didn't give me a receipt nor did they give my son a receipt when he got his tires from them.

I never got a receipt of that kind. and I was talking with a [redacted] woman the whole time I was in the shop. the man that came out just look at the tire and never offer me a credit or anything else so I just toke the tire and left his shop, because I saw that I was getting no where talking to him. I never raised my voice or cursed at any one there that is not my nature or make up. I just asked my friend to get the tire and we left his shop, and Yes I did tell him that I was going to write your company. Yes I will take the refund and I will never do business again at that shop again eve tho it is right down the street from me. I will drive four or five blocks to do business with the other tire shop that is on [redacted] and [redacted] Ave

Very Irrelevant for her to say I speak very little English when clearly my grammar spelling is perfectly fine as to me replying. Anyhow I have included the pictures of the signs that she is stating are no where in the business.Also a receipt that clearly states in the bottom there is no warranty, no refund & no exchange on used tires. Even wholesalers once you've mounted a tire or wheel there is no refund or exchange. And She is clearly contradicting herself, If I sell nothing but rotted out tires that are in no good condition why is she sending her brother to buy tires from me? I appreciate her business in true honesty.But I do Not Appreciate customers being dishonest just to get a tire for free because I don't know where or on what did they drive over.And it was me who took out the phone to take the picture and she did let me take it because quickly she told him put it in the truck, and as for the rim to have been damage from previous tire? That's very odd and such a good coincidence for it to be the same exact length the scratch on the rim to the puncture on the tire. I don't know you have your conclusions?! I apologize for all her inconvenience But I will not give her a refund. That's the policy and all our customers know about it. The signs are in the office where everyone walks in to pay, so there is absolutely no excuse that they didn't see them right in front when you walk in on the wall that's the only thing you can see are those signs.
