We are very disappointed to hear of the customer's poor assessment of her experience with Rukkus As Rukkus is a secondary marketplace, we do not own or generate any tickets being sold At Rukkus, we list the inventory of highly-vetted ticket selling companies As the inventory is
not owned by Rukkus, Rukkus is unable to issue a refund for any placed order, as that would simply come in the form of Rukkus purchasing the ticket(s) from the customer Each selected set of tickets has an estimated delivery date that is presented at checkout, before any credit card information is required, and again in the confirmation email and Order Status Page provided to the customer Per the information provided to *** *** at the time of checkout and again in her confirmation email and Order Status Page, the estimated delivery date for her order was October *, *** ***'s tickets were delivered to her via *** on September **, With this in mind, we feel that we have more than held up our end of the agreement with the customer Unfortunately, as the customer opted to issue a chargeback for this order, we will be unable to do any future business with her

We truly appreciate *** ***'s willingness to follow up on this matter The customer had purchased two Local Pickup tickets approximately minutes before the scheduled start time of the event Local Pickup is a common practice within the secondary ticket market for physical tickets
that are purchased too close to the event for traditional shipment This practice gives sellers the opportunity to list inventory that they would not be able to deliver if shipped and gives customers, like *** ***, the opportunity to make last minute purchases for tickets that otherwise would not be able to be delivered to the purchaser in time The local pickup information for this order was immediately provided to the customer for convenient receipt of the tickets On the evening of the event, Rukkus was contacted by the customer who wished to report an invalid ticket claim, at which point a full investigation was opened with the seller of the tickets Upon further investigation, Rukkus was unable to identify any issue with the validity or legitimacy of the tickets delivered to the customer For this reason, a refund was not provided to the customer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Rukkus has never once called me backThe ONLY time they called me was to tell me that the tickets I purchased were no longer availableSo their biggest priority was NEVER me, their customerAgain, Rukkus is not being honest about the tickets they still had available at the time my order was messed up in September! They still had other floor seats available for $236-$339, which was very close to what I paid for our tickets in my order that was messed upSo again, they could have fixed my order and replace my set of tickets with the other tickets that were still available, some for days, and for near to the price I paid! They are not being honest!!What Rukkus did to me goes against their so called “Values”, “Buyer Guarantee”, “Kick Butt Customer Service”, and, my favorite “Because we're SERIOUS about creating awesome fan experiences"They failed at all of them with us!! Their “Buyer Guarantee” says that “If the seller can’t provide you the tickets they had listed on Rukkus, we’ll MAKE SURE you get equal or better seats or a full refund.” First off, I called ahead times to verify the price and location of the ticketsAnd I was told by two of their representatives that they had personally verified the tickets price and location that I was interested in, then told me about their “Buyer Guarantee” So I purchased them with confidence from Rukkus!When I received the ONLY call or commination that I have had with Rukkus after my purchase, was the day they called to let me know the tickets I purchased were not availableIn their latest response they say “if an issue of any sort arises with a set of tickets and the seller is unable to fulfill the order as placed, Rukkus will purchase comparable replacements on the customer's behalfThis takes into consideration both the dollar value of the tickets as well the location of the seats within the venue”. Well, when they called about my order Rukkus did not bring up the other tickets they still had available, really close to the same price I paidNor did they bring up their “Buyer Guarantee”I had to bring everything up!I was told the tickets were listed wrong and a refund had ALREADY been processedWhen I brought up the “Buyer Guarantee”, I was told it did not apply to my order, no other seats were available, which was NOT trueWhen I asked for a manager, I was told they did not speak to the public!! So the fact is Rukkus choose NOT to help me as a customer! It wasn’t until I asked for a manager that I was even offered the 1, 10% off discountAnd only if I replaced my order right then! Unfortunately, I did not have another $available in my account due to my $order I had already placed with Rukkus.I left several additional messages for management after the first and only call I received from them, hoping someone would respond and help me fix my orderHowever, no one has EVER called me back, and we still had weeks until the eventAdditionally, Rukkus NEVER offer me the 2, 10% off discounts that they say they didThey lied, they just blew me of! Not the “Kick But Customer Service” they proclaim when I called ahead of time to verify the tickets! As for their recent offer, to expand my next orders at a 10% discountFirst, they did not even attempt to uphold their “Buyer Guarantee” when they still had other tickets still available within the same price range and locationSecond, I could not even get a manager or anyone to call me backThird, Rukkus has had over months nowIf they really cared about what happened, or wanted to make things right with me, their customerI would have received a call back form someone at Rukkus and or a letter or e-mail with their claim of offering me the 10% off future purchases along with an apology for what happened before I got the Revdex.com involved!!Even with what they claim as an effort to make me happy, which is outside what there policy says or what they feel they owe meThe 10% discounts will never make up for missing a concert we really wanted to see or the airline ticket my friend had to cancel because our order was messed up after I purchased them! Now, I would not trust them the see anything or even consider giving them my business ever againSomeone at Rukkus should have addressed this months ago!! I never will never trust Rukkus again, especially after how I was treated! And because they were NOT honest in ANY of their responses about what happened!!! I would advise everyone else do the same!! Do not trust them!!

We are truly regretful of the situation that *** *** was put in and sincerely apologize for any and all inconvenience caused by this Due to a mapping error in our system, the three tickets *** *** selected were represented as 3-Day Passes but were, in fact, Single-Day Passes for Friday
only Upon receipt of his tickets, *** *** contacted Rukkus to report the issue *** *** informed Rukkus that he had no use for the Friday passes, but rather only needed Saturday and Sunday, and had simply bought the 3-Day Passes because of the favorable cost The price *** *** paid for the three tickets was consistent with the market rate, at the time of purchase, for the Single-Day Friday Passes to the event Rukkus immediately assessed the situation and discovered the mapping error As the cost of passes for Saturday and Sunday were in excess of twice the value of the tickets *** *** purchased, Rukkus was unable to provide complimentary passes for Saturday and Sunday In an effort to resolve the issue, and to accommodate *** *** and his guests, Rukkus issued a full refund for the three mismapped Friday passes As the passes are fully transferable, *** *** has the opportunity to sell the Friday passes, for which he has been refunded, to make a profit Additionally, *** *** was offered 10% off his next two orders, to make the cost of the Saturday and Sunday passes a more reasonable option for him Should *** *** like any assistance relisting the Friday passes, we would be more than happy to assist Additionally, we look forward to providing *** *** with passes for Saturday and Sunday at a discounted rate!

We are very sorry that *** *** had a less than stellar experience with Rukkus and truly apologize to *** *** for any and all inconvenience caused by this On October *, 2015, *** *** placed an order for two physical tickets to see the New England Patriots at the Dallas Cowboys on October
**, As the order was placed on a Friday afternoon, the seller was unable to ship the tickets to *** *** Rukkus immediately requested the Local Pickup information from the seller It was not until the day of the event that the seller informed Rukkus that the tickets had been converted to Electronic Transfer tickets, a link to which was promptly sent to the email address provided by *** *** at the time of checkout Despite numerous attempts by Rukkus to contact *** *** to inform him of this change in ticket type, the message was not successfully relayed and, to the best of *** ***'s knowledge, he was left without tickets to the game This occurrence is something that Rukkus regrets deeply On the evening of the event, after the event had already begun, *** *** contacted Rukkus to alert us that he had not received his tickets for that day's game *** *** was immediately put in the queue for a refund, which was fully processed on Wednesday, October **, Additionally, Rukkus has placed a standing offer on *** ***'s account for 10% off his next order with us

Rukkus is not being truthful about what tickets they still had available for weeks until the actual concertThey had other floor seats available from $236-$on the same day that they messed up my order and still had those and other seats available all the way up until the week of the eventSo, Rukkus did actually have replacements and they chose not to replace my order that they claimed to me were guaranteed?? I called times, checking on the tickets before I purchased them!!! They had the time and the resources to fix my messed up order and choice not tooIn addition, they NEVER offered me 2, 10% off discounts!! EVER!! Once they realized that my order was messed up, I received a call stating that my tickets were not available and a refund had already been requestedNot once was their so called "Buyer Guarantee" brought up until I mentioned it!! And then they flat out denied it!! I was only then offered 1, 10% discount, not 2, and only if I wanted to replace my messed up order!!! Nothing was ever sent to me and I never received a call back from their management! They failed to uphold their own core values, Just get onto Rukkus site and look them up on their websiteTheir "Buyer Guarantee" & "Kick Butt Customer Service" along with ALL the other CORE VALUES they claim meant nothing when my $order was messed up!! Would NOT trust them, especially if it is something you really want to see!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I dispute Ruckus' response for the following reasons:Ruckus asserts that I should be satisfied with receiving only two tickets instead of the eight promised since the two tickets received were worth the $350/per ticket that I was chargedThey were admittedly great seats However, all tickets for morning preliminary swim heats had a list price of $each Even accounting for the supply and demand "street value," and location of the seats, there is no way the seats for any morning session was worth $each The swim events were televised so one could easily see that on any given morning at least 1/to 1/of the seats were empty There was no demand that drove up the price to over 400% of the list value.And even if true, it's irrelevant to the fact that I purchased tickets for eight events in January 2016, Ruckus had my money for months, but then in June, they only provided tickets to one event I asked that Ruckus find me replacement seats for the eight events that I purchasedThey did offer a refund, but one week before the event with airplane tickets in hand, I wanted seats, not the money They didn't even offer me bad seatsThey just stopped communicating with me after three emails I ended up flying to Omaha and we were able to piece together enough tickets to cover the events from purchases off of *** *** *** ***, and ***, but it took a lot of extra last minute time, energy, and coordination, the seats were not as good as what I had originally purchased, and I paid more money Notably, after I made my complaint to the NYRevdex.com, I took some pictures of four day ticket packages listed on Ruckus that they could have easily provided to me They were a bit more expensive than what I originally paid (because it was right before the event), but if they had provided those, it would have shown integrity and that they stood behind their ticket guarantee, especially when the problem was - by their own admission - their mistake was the going rate for one eventThe ticket that was purchased for over $for two tickets. Rucks is asserting that was the going rate for a morning preliminary session Your Answer Here]

We truly regret to hear of this matter and wish the customer and her family the very best Unfortunately, all *** sales are final and cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been placed *** is a secondary marketplace, through which the inventory of ticket selling
companies is listed. This means that *** does not own or generate any tickets sold and, as *** purchases the selected tickets on the customer’s behalf, a refund would come in the form of *** simply purchasing the tickets back from the customer That said, all tickets listed through *** are fully transferable so, should a customer be unable to attend an event, the customer can always list the tickets for resale While we will be unable to take action on this order, we look forward to the opportunity to send the customer to an event in the future!

We cannot apologize enough for the trouble experienced by *** *** and the failure by Rukkus to fulfill the order as placed We hope *** *** and his family had a wonderful time at the event and we hope to have the opportunity to show *** *** a true Rukkus experience

I ordered 2 tickets in march and never received a confirmation email and still have not received the email. And now I can not get into their website or find the app anywhere so I am out tickets and I dont know what to do..

We truly regret the inconvenience caused here but, per the Rukkus Buyer Guarantee, all tickets will be delivered or your money back.  As we were not able to fulfill this order, the customer was issued a full refund.  Notwithstanding Rukkus policy, the customer was also provided with the Single Dat passes at no cost.  Although it is our top priority to complete all orders as placed, and we regret that we were unable to fulfill this order properly, we feel that we have fully upheld our guarantee.

To their credit, Rukkus does maintain a high degree of professionalism. I have as to date not been provided the original invoice that would should what I actually purchased. I maintain that paying over twice the face value for 2 expensive tickets is not what I bought. I also would like to see Rukkus update their web site so people can see exactly what they are getting before they give out their credit card and are able to print out a dated invoice. Rukkus does not have any tickets they sell. They are like a middle man who knows where to buy the weed and then pinches your bag for their service. I would also like to know what they actually had for sale on the day tickets to this event went on sale. I am not the only one they have done this to. Once you give Rukkus your money you will never see it again..
