I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I spoke to the owner on the phone. He was unaware there had been a problem and I accept that explanation I used the numbers on the bill and apparently none of them went directly to Texas Critical Care. He understood that I did not lie that I tried to contact the business in Richmond. Thank you for your help. The owner is dealing with the mix up in my payments and I am satisfied with the results. I request that his business not received any downgrade in rating with BBC as a result of this communication malfunction. Thank you for your help and thanks to the owner who made it a priority to correct errors. *** ***

Ms. [redacted] has expressed she has called Texas Critical Care via telephone without a answer. Texas Critical Care has a 24 hour dispatch line, all phone calls are answered day and night....

I have not received a call from Ms. [redacted] and If I would have I would have taken care of this matter. I have looked into the account and Ms. [redacted] has been credited for both payments she has made($100.00 & $50.00). She has a balance of $150.00 and was credited for her payments. Texas Critical Care wrote off $480.42 of this bill already to help Ms. [redacted] with her expenses. I called Ms. [redacted] this morning and there was no answer. I would like Ms. [redacted] to call me back and I will write off the rest of her bill. I would hope and pray the next time someone is dissatisfied they would give Texas Critical Care a phone call and explain the situation and let us help resolve the matter.
