In 8 years we have never had a client give us this type of warning, we should have viewed this as a red flag
however with our record of 0 complaints we didn't see this coming. There is no way that we could create a custom
app design if the client doesn't tell us how they want the app designed from the beginning to the end of the process.

The app has been completed & delivered on time within the 5-15 days as guaranteed with colors matching her website & traditional 
layout as requested. We also provided app icon, app splash screen, & app store screenshots. ($5000 Value) The final step is for her to add a brief app store description & we will publish to [redacted] & [redacted]. 
If she agrees to pay the remainder of her balance $341, we will drop all pending legal actions, resume the business relationship. We believe this is a misunderstanding that can be easily worked out. Please advise on the next step.
