Upon receiving any merchandise I performed a merchandise check to ensure the quality of items that I sellI had performed the quality check on the dress in question and there was nothing wrong with itThe dress was in perfect conditionOn January 2nd Mrs[redacted] came into Rumba Fashion to look for a dress for her three year old daughterAt the time she wanted to order the dress style on the picture l attached to this letterI informed Mrs[redacted] that the dress she wanted · was not available in the size and color she was requestingShe ended up ordering the dress style you see at the bottom of the picture that I attached to this letter which is the dress she gotOn August 28th was when Mrs[redacted] came into the store after I had contacted her to inform·her the dress was in, her daughter informed her mother right after trying on the dress that she did not want this particular dress after all she wanted something differentThe mother, Mrs[redacted] informed her daughter at the time that this was the dress and she was not going to change itMrs[redacted] was happy with her purchase and left the storeThe day of the party Mrs[redacted] came into the store and wanted a new dress since the one she had taken home was missing jewelryI informed Mrs[redacted] that I could exchange the dress but was unable to return the dress since it was damagedThe jewelry on the dress had been ripped offI also informed her that she would have to pick one of the dresses I had in the store and that alterations would be done on time since her party was later on that dayMrs[redacted] was very upset and threatened me with a law suiteI also have evidence of when Mrs[redacted] came in to pick up the dress and was happy and leftI also have evidence of when Mrs[redacted] came into the store and wanted to exchange the dress the day of the party
