Review: On July *, 2014 I completed Contact Form on rumbatime.com, stating I received a RumbaTime watch at the end of April 2014 and the strap broke. [redacted] replied quickly stating she was sorry to hear of possible defect, but that my watch came with a 1 year warranty. ** requested I send my watch along with my contact information and the replacement watch information to an address in Sioux City, Iowa. She stated the request would be processed as quickly as possible. On July [redacted], after I confirmed the broken watch was delivered via the tracking number, I sent ** an email requesting an update. On July [redacted] I completed another Contact Form on rumbatime.com stating I had not heard back regarding the replacement and that ** was not responsive to emails. ** responded, stating she "[didn't] see an original order under [my] name and nothing that has been entered to ship". I confirmed I sent my broken watch as originally requested by FedEx with tracking, along with the name of the requested replacement watch (Orchard Gloss 35mm Rose Smoke). ** requested broken watch information and original seller name. I provided broken watch information (Women's Orchard in Snow Patrol in silver, not gold) and that it was purchased from Amazon. On August [redacted] I requested a status update. On August [redacted] I sent another email to **, requesting an update and posted on [redacted] stating I do not recommend RumbaTime products as I returned my broken watch over a month ago and have yet to receive a replacement. The post included the hashtag [redacted]. ** replied to the email, apologized for the delay and said she was trying to get the replacement watch authorized since the 1 year warranty is only for orders purchased through the rumbatime.com website. She stated would mail [the replacement watch] on Tuesday and requested the shipping address. On September [redacted] the RumbaTime [redacted] account replied to my post, requesting I email [redacted] (the address I had been using to correspond with **). I replied, stating I had emailed several times with no luck. RumbaTime replied stating ** had responded several times and they couldn't replace the watch with a different style, only the original style. I replied stating I did not want to post screenshots of the correspondence; I only want my replacement watch. On September [redacted] emailed that she was able to get my refund "authorized" and requested shipping address. I provided shipping address and stated the company may want to review the warranty information including in the packaging, as it makes no restriction to vendor. ** said they would send the replacement watch and that the packaging may have been old. On September [redacted] I sent another email to ** requesting status update for replacement watch.Desired Settlement: I would like either an Orchard Gloss 35mm Rose Smoke or Orchard Tortoise Midnight Blue watch to replace my broken RumbaTime watch sent to me via overnight mail, along with a hand written apology from [redacted] and/or [redacted].
